No, Abridged made Goku get the details all wrong. Actual anime had Goku not knowing how to explain it and thus Piccolo doing it for him.

If Black is gonna be in Xenoverse 2, I'd reckon Sean would use a deeper and gruffer voice for his character to distinguish him from Goku.

I don't really care too much how the dub handles the voices, but Nozawa's characterization of his voice is almost silky smooth. Going gruf seems like it would be horrible direction.

If Black is gonna be in Xenoverse 2, I'd reckon Sean would use a deeper and gruffer voice for his character to distinguish him from Goku.

I just hope he's versatile enough to pull it off and not just make him sound like Goku when he's using 3 & Blue. I'm mostly optimistic just based on how wildly different Schemmel sounded as Rolf from his usual voice.
