Yeah, rerolling means you need to start again and it involves you uninstalling and deleting the cache (I think) and then start all over again until you're satisfied with what you pull. It depends on what you want from the game and it's perfectly valid but, personally, I like just going with the flow, using what I'm given and building my team and advancing the game from there. Mind you, there ARE better characters available but you're not really in a disadvantage if you don't have them right away, you'll eventually get them and others. They are always adding new stuff so rerolling to get the "better" characters isn't that efficient because they're always changing and you have to start from scratch everytime.
I'd advise you to save your Dragon Stones for increasing character slots and summons you really want (or are good all around, like the Dokkan Festival's). Also, if you post screenshots of your account, cover your username up because, apparently, people can steal your account with that kind of information (username, rank and number of Dragon Stones).
