Like: She's possibly the strongest woman in all of the universes and I think could be used to break the claim that Dragon Ball is sexist for having males in positions of power on a physical level.
Dislike: She hasn't been used outside of the tournament arc and she seems content with doing bargaining for the sake of advancing her own agenda such as offering Hit the Cube for his aid in the tournament which could have horrible consequences.

Character #37:

Goku Jr.



Like: The GT TV special is one of the better parts of GT in my opinion (though I personally think GT is not as bad as some think; it's average, but certainly not terrible). Goku Jr.'s story and the character himself are pretty good and an interesting look into the distant future a century after the end of GT. Yeah, he's a crybaby at times, but that's just Gohan's genes in him. However, you can tell he has Goku's and Pan's genes in him through the courage he shows later on in the TV special. What I'm getting at is that he's his own character, but you can tell that he's descended from the Saiyan heroes we know and love. His inclusion in the final GT episode is neat too.

Dislike: I wish we could've gotten to know who his parents were. Was it his mom or dad that was descended from Pan? We'll most likely never know due to Super being a thing now.

Kami



Like: He underwent an extreme ritual to become the god of earth. Kami also trained the main cast at various points earlier in the series to guide the earth towards a hopeful future. Created the Dragonballs, for which the series is named.

Dislike: He did not involve himself directly very often in the affairs of mortals, and sometimes he could have really made a difference earlier on.

Maron.



Likes: Plenty of great assets. Ultimately a harmless airhead who made Kuririn somewhat happy.
Dislikes: Unfortunately being a filler character, she's cast off aside in favour of a goddamn tin can. She lives on in the spirit of Kuririn's potato spawn.

Character #40: Black Goku

Likes: Not a generic Evil Goku; takes pleasure in receiving pain; genuinely creepy and awesome.
Dislikes: I don't know if there's actually anything I don't like about him.

Character #41 Kid Boo:



Like: He's pure carnage. He doesn't hesitate to kill and destroy and provides no motive for it other than it amuses him and or he's bored.

Dislike: There's not real depth to his character. He, just like Perfect Cell and several other villains in the franchise, is essentially a generic doomsday villain.

Character #42 Future Mai:



Like: She seems completely different from the mainstream version of the character and has a vested interest in seeing Goku Black defeated.
Dislike: She hasn't been featured that much since the saga started.

Excellent, nobody has yet posted the other character I thought of. From here on out I'm gonna have to think a little bit harder - just a bit though, as there's still tons of characters to list.

Character #43 - Oob

Like: I've always seen a lot of potential in Oob as a character. I mean, he's a human character who would be able to keep up with the Saiyans, if not surpass them one day. He's a new, unrelated to (as in not the child of) any of our pre-existing characters. He's Goku's first real student and seemingly someone who would actually follow in Goku's footsteps some day. What's not to like?
Dislike: Oh yeah, the fact that nothing, not even GT, ever capitalizes on any of this. He's the ultimate blank slate for them to work with, but instead everything just kind of shoves Oob into the GT pile and forgets about him. It's really disappointing.

Character #44 - Gogeta

Likes: Actually super badass despite Vegetto being cooler and better.
Dislikes: Doesn't have a base form since he just shows up in Super Saiyan.

Character #45: Garlic Jr.

NOTE: The following is based on the arc, not movie.
Likes: Had the ultimate plan and was virtually unstoppable; also pretty boss clothes to top it off.
Dislikes: Still got defeated, twice.

Character #46: Android 8


Like: he´s just an adorable character his best moment was during the 4th Dragon Ball movie, him sacrificing for Goku´s safety was a heartbreaking moment
Dislike: The fact he has been long forgotten/ignored from the story

Character #47: Gotenks


Like: His shenanigans in the Buu arc was just humorous dumb fun and for me the best part of the arc. I'll admit that his antics can get a little stale at times but in general him in the Buu arc I just find enjoyable to watch despite some of his flaws.

Dislike: He just doesn't work anymore. In the Buu arc all the other major fighters were off world leaving Earth in the hands of this kid, there was no one else to fight the battle, he was the focus and that gave him time to shine. But now Goten & Trunks just fuse into Gotenks, say a few lines and gets his ass beat not a minute later by the big bad of the week.

Character # 48: Tenshinhan

Likes: An honourable warrior who was originally a rival of Goku, and who didn't care much for others at the start. He did defeat Goku narrowly at the 22nd tourney. His most memorable moment from an evil standpoint was when he broke Yamcha's leg in the 22nd Budokai, and his growth since then is admirable. Tien is a great example of a loyal friend who will do anything to help, and his lifelong friendship with Chiaotzu is touching as well. But the main reason why I always liked Tien was his determination. Yes, he's just a human, and he is outclassed by his Saiyan comrades, but that doesn't stop him from training on his own pace. When he held down Semi-Perfect Cell long enough for the Androids to escape, he didn't care about his own well-being at the time, it was an act of bravery. Then years later he tries to fight Super Buu, knowing full well he had no chance but decided to do it anyway for the good of the planet. He always will be a man of honor in my eyes.

Dislikes: I don't like how he was brashed aside from the story. But I accepted it. After the Cell saga, his role really diminished, which is sad. In Super, the only notable thing he has done is help fight Freeza's army. Other than that, he has been either been in the background, or he hasn't shown up at all. I'm afraid if you are from the original main cast of Z fighters and your name isn't Goku or Vegeta, you aren't going to shine anytime soon.

Like: Part of the Ginyu Force, He's a reverse ginger, Crusher Ball is a cool attack
Dislike:He wears wrestlers trunks for some reason, was mysteriously absent from the Budokai games.

CHARACTER #50: Chi-Chi



Like: The fact that she's usually unyielding when it comes to Goku. Somebody's got to keep that big lunkhead in line and she's just the woman for the job. I also enjoy how much she values a higher education and wants to see her sons succeed in the real world. Despite her reputation with the fans, she's more flexible than people give her credit for. How many moms do YOU know that would allow their five year old sons to go off into outer space? She's also a woman of fortitude, carrying on forward the best she can despite all the tragedies that befell her family over the years and not collapsing under the pressure. Also, the fact that she mellow out and goes onto train Goten herself is a big step forward in character development.

Dislike: Unfortunately, her overbearing motherly gags are more misses than hits to me nowadays, especially when it comes to concern over Goten's studies. Feels like more of a "two steps back" sort of thing after her more lax approach with raising Goten that we saw after Goku's death. She should find new ways to be a pain in the ass for comedic effect.

Character #51: Bardock



Like - His badass and fearless atittude across all media he appeared before dangerous situations are his highlight. He faced Freeza, punched Chilled in the face, went against Mira... All without a second thought. His bravery truly live up to his character as a whole.

Dislike - Even appearing in some media, he's still used too little and doesn't have a complete development.

Character #52 - Ozotto the Super Monster

Likes: I love his design. It's so creative and fits with Dragon Ball.
Dislikes: He only showed up in an arcade game! I'd love for him to return.

Character #53: Gyumao


Like: Both one of the cooler large characters, and also one of the cooler melee weapon-wielding characters.

Dislike: Criminally unrepresented in the video games, and not notable in the series proper beyond his very first appearance.

CHARACTER #54: Saibamen



Like: A product of one of the few instances of established Saiyan science in the series. Not to mention, their creepy, buglike design, menacing demeanor, and adaptive fighting makes them very memorable, especially since one of them spawned the Yamcha crater meme...for better or for worse depending on who you ask.

Dislike: The fact that before Planet Vegeta's destruction, the only thing they seemed to be used for was for combat training. Would've loved to see scenes of Saibamen en masse fighting alongside the Saiyans battle, especially multiple kamikaze explosions going off at once. I also didn't like the fact that after seeing a variety of different Saibamen in other Dragon Ball media, that that sort of innovation wasn't a continuation of what was already set in stone in the manga.

Likes: Gave Kuririn a confidence boost.
Dislikes: Mean, disrespectful, terrible in general.
