CHARACTER #71: Dr. Gero

Likes:

• The first villain to successfully plan to kill and kill Goku.
• He gains energy through his palms, making him potentially very strong.
• He makes Cell.

Dislikes:

• He's a retcon, albeit a good retcon.
• Vulnerable head weak spot.

Character #72: Nappa


Likes: The onslaught of the Earth fighter's is brutal, one of the more impactful moments in the manga. His love for his Saibaiman. His stupidity which culminated in a complete misjudge of Vegeta's loyalty towards him, it also suited his brutish behavior.
Dislike: Unfortunately he's a one dimensional character, kill and destroy that was his role. He could scream "Nappa smash" and we'd have the same impression of him.

Character 73

Butta
Like: Cool design, he's the faster thing alive and he's Blue, unintentionally or not, that's funny, has by far the best pose of the Ginyu Force.
Dislike: Never gets a hit on Gokuu, Vegeta, Kuririn and Gohan, like Jheese mysteriously absent from the Budokai games, was sadly the least important despite having the best design and pose.

CHARACTER #74: SHENLONG



Like:

- His grand design that signifies the importance and spectacle of gathering all seven Dragonballs.
- His booming, commanding voice.
- His neutrality when it comes to serving wishes, regardless of how selfish and ill-intent they might be.
- The limitations to his power(not being able to make a wish beyond the power of his creator, being able to only make a certain number of wishes, etc.)
- Shenron leaving the Earth to their own devices at the end of GT to teach them responsibility.

Dislike:

I don't have much to dislike about him but I guess if there's one thing I wish would be change with him, it's how he doesn't take notice of how often the same people find him and summon him. I loved his small interaction with Beerus in Super and wish that he'd take into consideration the people that bring him forth, such as our heroes.

Character # 75: Cui



Likes: Was an elite member of Freeza's army, and was actually considered a rival of Vegeta in the early days. His power level of around 18 000 is pretty high considering he was more powerful than Vegeta in the years he was working under Freeza, and he did go on the business of taking over planets across the cosmos. He is pretty ruthless and extremely confident when things are going his way, and his attitude perfectly resembles what an elite member of Freeza's army should have. Lastly, with the video game Dragonball Online, he plays a pretty big role in one of the missions when he is resurrected by Towa and threatens Trunks and his time travel allies.

Dislikes: He is cowardly when facing adversity, and when he is severely overwhelmed. This is evident with his fight against Vegeta, where he tries to trick Vegeta by saying Freeza is behind him and tries to attack him with blasts. Then when that fails, he attempts to run away, when in fact he was the one who was chasing Vegeta into the planet in the first place. He got what he asked for.

Character #76: Shu



Likes: He's a henchman to the original Dragon Ball villain, and he (along with Pilaf and Mai) managed to stick around until the Piccolo Daimao arc, eventually coming back in Dragon Ball Super. He's a character I love despite not actually doing much, but that may be part of his charm. Also, he's a talking dog.

Dislikes: I would say his absence from Piccolo to Boo, but to be honest, none of the Pilaf Gang would've fit well in that era. I don't like that the whole gang has been turned into children, but the idea's starting to warm up to me.

Character #77: Reacoom



Like: Cool design. Was featured in one of the best animated and well choreographed fights in the entire series. Destroyed all of the main cast brutally, and seemed to be unstoppable until Goku arrived.

Dislike: One shot KO by Goku. Chris Sabat's performance in the Ultimate Uncut dub was terrible, due to making him sound like he was mentally handicapped, which was thankfully mostly rectified in Kai. His ass is shown constantly when Vegeta damages his clothing.

Meanwhile I'm just sitting here laughing that Mike's the one to bring in Appule, because of course he is.

Character #78 - Dr. Wheelo (Holy crap we're already inching closer to 80?)


Like: He pulls off the 'mad scientist' angle better than Gero does, IMO. I mean, Gero comes out swinging first but then fails and goes to rely on his creations, who turn on him. Wheelo though? He has his creations (and assistant) out first, but then when they fail, he decides enough is enough and he'll do it himself. I also absolutely love his design (not to mention the design of pretty much like everything else around him), especially since I still swear it has to be a Mamo from Lupin III reference.
Dislike: Him being a 'giant' character makes him unlikely to appear in most video games, though I guess to be fair he wasn't particularly fun to play as in Tenkaichi 3. I guess I can also throw in the 'not canon' card because while it'd be hard or impossible to make his story fit in, it's one I definitely wish I could count in the main story.

Character #79: Towa



Like - Her characterization as a whole; design, personality... Everything. A villain that the heroes can't "reach/touch" without having to pass through Mira or whoever she wants to bring to create a "barricade", I genuinely liked that. She can cause too much headache and annoyance to the heroes in a great way. It was awesome to know Toriyama was the one who created her (and Mira).

Dislike - She does not appear in the anime/manga.

Like - Her abilities seemed and still appear to be brand new. I'd never heard of a character who changes personalities and appearance with a sneeze.

Dislike - She's gone after Dragon Ball for no reason.

Technically "Lunch" is the name of two characters. Not just metaphorically but literally. That sneezing is comparable to dissociative personality disorder. Your brain seperates a part of your psyche and that part becomes its own person = own consciousness. Lunch 1 and Lunch 2 are two actual different people. At least if we go by normal standards as the consciousness is the existence of an individual. Interestingly enough both fell in love with Tenshinhan. The blue one later than the blonde one.

Character #81: Haze Shenron

Likes: Almost purely comical character done right for once; his power was (logically) virtually unstoppable by Goku and Pan; his English dub voice is so fun to listen to.
Dislikes: How he was defeated. How in the world did a little part of a lake stay pure?

Character #82

Omni-King



Like: He's the ruler of everything...the god of gods, yet he has one of the cutest character designs in Dragon Ball and his Japanese voice sounds like a chibi anime girl. What's not to like? I'll admit that I laughed pretty hard whenever I heard the Omni-King's voice for the first time; in that moment, I just thought to myself "this is SO Dragon Ball to have a character like this". The best part of all though is that he seems like nice and unassuming for being probably the strongest character in Dragon Ball since he could, you know, WIPE OUT EVERYTHING IN EXISTENCE IF HE FELT LIKE IT. It was refreshing to see tough-guy Beerus shake in his proverbial boots at the sight of the Omni-King. I hope we see more of him in Dragon Ball Super.

Dislike: Honestly, I can't think of anything to dislike about him. In fact, it might be safer not to say anything bad about him, because he could wipe me out of existence...

Character #83: Miss Bū

Like: First female Majin (魔人) in the series . Also, she has a blue skin!!
Dislike: Having only made an appeareance in the now shut down Dragon Ball Online.

Character #84: Android 13



Like: Unique, trucker looking design, and transformed design has a cool color scheme with blue and silver skin and orange hair. Is completely and robotically dead set on killing Goku, and nothing else. Doesn't say anything other than "Son Goku" after he transforms, which is pretty cool and different (though, that's all 14 and 15 ever say).

Dislike: Not well developed, but that's kind of par for the course of movie villains anyhow for the most part. After he transforms, he seems like a weaker, prototypical Broly.

Character #85: Fat Boo/Good Boo

Like: How he trolls his way through his fights and beats down the strongest people in the universe without really paying attention. Being a unique type of sympathetic villain with genuine character development, unlike his later forms (which are very enjoyable in their own way, but still). His bond with Mr. Satan. Also, he's pretty funny.

Dislike: All of the post-manga material really wastes him.

[Lord Beerus]

Character #86: Dabra



Like: His design is fantastic. You truly believe he is the "King of the Demon Realm" by just looking at him. He is one intimidating bastard. He also has some very unique abilities.

Dislike: Ultimately a fodder character, that's entire purpose was to job to Majin Boo. He's also never explored in any real capacity, despite the fact that just by being referred to as the "King of the Demon Realm", could provide such great insight and expansion on the Dragon Ball universe.

[SSJ God Gogeta]

Character #87: Tullece


Like: He's the OG evil Goku. The brutality he showed Goku and the gang was quite entertaining, not to mention he gets stronger not by screaming his head off but by eating a fruit! I find that both interesting & unique.

Dislike: He suffers from being a movie villain. I really do think he could've been so much better if he had his own little arc, nothing too big but something! Garlic Jr. got a damn arc... Oh well. I guess we got Goku Black now.

Likes: His interactions with Beerus are perfect. Really hits home that they're brothers.
Dislikes: How obnoxious he acts in the tournament compared to Beerus.

Character #89: Zarbon



Like: He was the first to give Vegeta a one-sided beatdown. Can transform into a more powerful form, and in the manga, revealed Freeza's ability to transform. Has nice colors and a cape, which is always cool. One of Freeza's most competent henchmen.

Dislike: Pretty much turns into Freeza's bitch when he almost kills Vegeta. Begs for his life pathetically before Vegeta finally kills him.
