Honestly? Yes. With all the other repetitive stuff we've been getting lately, I would not be very surprised.

(Wait, what are the three? Battle of Z had the FLOW version and then so did Xenoverse. What had it directly before that? There wasn't even a console game the year before.)

Though it IS just an opening theme so it's not very important at all, I do wish they'd go back to making original themes for the games because they usually turned out fantastic.

I agree, even though I don't like a lot of them. It'd certainly be better than using the perhaps nostalgic but still overused Cha-La.

Either Chozetsu Dynamic or Dragon Soul (my favourite DB opening!) would be great, though the former is more likely due to Super being a hot topic and Kai currently not. Although, there apparently isn't gonna be a wealth of Super content soooooooo...maybe not that either.

Maybe we'll get something original to match the awesomeness of the B3/BT2/BT3 themes, who knows.

At this point I'm just waiting for them to give us some actual info on the story and not teaser bits that don't amount to anything. Maybe the "Pure Buu" appearance is just a place holder. Can hope anyway. If XV2 is going to survive off DLC, then my hopes for this keep sinking. I don't want to have to pay extra for a complete story. That's not how it should ever be.

I'm giving XV2 a lot of shit because I want it to not only be better, but to get better. I feel like this is just going to be a place holder game to keep the fans happy until we can get a true sequel. If we do see a XV3, I don't want to see it hitting until around 2020. Give them enough time to really build up the world and the story and fix everything that was wrong with this installment.

I'm gonna wait until closer to release to see if they have anything good for us. Right now it just feels like an average game. If I ever do get XV2, I'm not going for the DLC. It just doesn't feel worth it to me.

The only new stuff I noticed was that the Orange Star High School part of Conton City will be where we find the masters this time and that Black Goku might be early access like Future Trunks (Super) when preordering but I think the guy saying it was probably confusing Black's availability with Trunks'.

I think it's time for a new song other than the ones that have been overplayed for the last five years. I want three things. Either call Hironobu Kageyama over(find some way to have an agreement with that record deal he's in now), or call other artists like FLOW or Naoki Hashimoto(example), or just make a song for the opening like how it was in Tenkaichi 1 for the NA version or a good rock song to fit into the mood.
