How does the production of Dragon Ball Super work?

I've heard that Toriyama delivers the plot to the Toei producers and Toyotaro, and then they made Dragon Ball Super in different styles but the story walks in the same way,but Toriyama doesn't write the plot with dialogues, development of character and others deep things.
In his interview with Toyotaro,he said that he just check the storyboard.
Are there more interviews of some producer speaking about how the production of Dragon Ball Super work?

The animators and writers likely work 12 hour days chained to their desks to finish animating and writing scripts for the episodes. That's how they get a new episode out every week.

The bad animation you see in the episodes is the animators falling asleep at their desks due to being overworked and them rushing to be done on time.
