In future Trunks timeline, Beerus goes back to sleep after finding out the Saiyan from his dream is dead, and he doesn't know anything about Black. As for the Kais, black killed them.

It's safe to assume he didn't dream about a Saiyan at all in that timeline.

Why would Yemma grant that request. He would let Vegeta be reborn as a good person, like Kid Buu, but keeping your body when you die is an honor only reserved for heroes, which Vegeta isn't in the Android/Cell Saga.

I love the characters but watching Beerus kick back eating strawberrys while Earth is in the process of being destroyed and humanity being wiped out really does take the tension out of it. The least he could do is say solve this yourself and leave.

Even after Vegeta killed himself trying to stop Buu he was still destined for Hell. So nothing he does in the in Trunks' timeline would saved him, especially since Vegeta was still an ass.

Yamcha was a good person who died a heroic death. You can't compare the two at all.

We don't know if the timelines Trunks created are shared by all universes or if they're exclusive to U7 though.

Trunks only exist in the Universe 7, so I doubt the alternate timelines created by him exist in the other 12 universes.

Well maybe this time Yemma made an exception because most of Earths heros were wiped out, and he thought they might need Vegeta later. Even Freeza kept his body, so I see no reason Vegeta can't.

Freeza didn't keep his body since he returned in pieces. What you saw was Freeza's spirit. And if Vegeta was going to be used later, Yemms is super late since everyone is dead.

Why was Black Goku able to hang against SSJ2 Goku? Here's what I think:

Black Goku has the ability to embed techniques and power from other fighters. So the strongest fighter Black had faced before fighting SSJ2 Goku was SSJ2 Trunks. And when we saw the fight between SSJ2 Trunks and SSJ2 Goku, Trunks was able to hang against Goku before Goku went SSJ3.

So when Black Goku fought against SSJ2 Goku and took a few hits from Goku, he was able to already start off at SSJ2 Trunks power level and then gain the power that Goku was fighting at. That's why his power increased as noticed by Krillin and said multiple times by Black Goku himself.

That's why it's ironic that while Vegeta claims that Goku doesn't take fights seriously at the start and is therefore a weakness, it actually helps in this situation. If Goku went full on SSB and fought Black Goku and Goku did his typical good hero thing of not killing the enemy, Black Goku would quickly embed and gain the power of SSB Goku which would make him extremely strong.

That's why I also hope Vegeta kills Black Goku. Vegeta will exterminate whatever kind of evil being Black Goku is so that Black Goku won't have the chance to embed the SSB power. Heck even SSJ3 Vegeta would probably be able to defeat Black Goku right now. But can Vegeta even become SSJ3?
