It's just a matter of fact thing. I forgot how quick people are to white-knight on here if someone's post doesn't read as super rosey and upbeat.

I'm not one of those people who pound their fists on their keyboards while screaming "DBZA NOW NOW, NOW!". I completely understand that it's hard enough under normal conditions for 3 writers, 1 editor, and a handful of voice actors who are spread across 3 countries and 5 or 6 different time zones; to condense a few hours worth of content into a 10ish minute episode and make it funny while they're at it. I'm just saying that around this time of year, it's even harder for them because they're either enjoying their own personal lives for a change or are keeping the fans happy with convention appearances. I mean, the last time a DBZA episode came out in July was what? 2013? 2014 if you count a 7 minute Kai Abridged video that came out on like...... July 30th.

My apologies then, I completely mistook the tone and thought you were acting like one of the more 'entitled' fans. Sorry about that. ^_^;

That said though I wouldn't really call it 'white knighting'. Your post, at least at the time, really did come off that way to my eyes, and I don't think it's super unreasonable to be against people 'demanding' new content whenever they feel like it should be there. There are sadly quite a lot of people out there like that. But, you're not one of them, I was mistaken, so it's all good.

I could imagine Kuririn calling 18 by her real name "Lazuli" with 18 being horribly disgusted, harshly recommending that he continue to call her No. 18.

I know Kaiser likes to surprise us and goes by "give the audience what they need, not what they want", but you guys just have to do the British Gentleman Broli idea that was suggested years ago. It's just too good of an idea with so much potential for it to be passed up.

I don't know. I think something more Russian like would represent Broli better considering how he pretty much fights like a wrestler.

I think the best idea to do with Abridged Broly would be his personality be exactly the SAME as Movie 8, just have other abridged characters react to him this way

I kinda want a Linkara super boy prime voice for Broly.

Oh hell yes. I love this idea!

If they keep his personality mostly intact to how it was in the original and make jokes around that, then the Linkara StupidBoy Prime voice would be perfect.

If they change his personality for the humor I don't think so, but wow is that a good idea overall.

I'm hoping they put in incredibly-obnoxious heavy metal music as a tribute to the dub. In fact, just making WEN BROLI a tribute/poking fun of the dub in general. They said in their countdown that Broly really exemplifies what people think DBZ is like, in a bad way.
I could have gotten into anything...and yet I chose the story aimed at young Japanese boys about martial arts, and later about super-powerful aliens punching each other really hard.

Rock music aside, I hears that the Funi dub of Broly was extremely faithful to the original movie. I sure hope that TFS's Broly dub isn't obnoxious like MozillaVulpix wants

Well the only part that was changed was the "I'm the Devil" comment (which for some reason didn't follow suit afterwards in games and such). Of course, the replaced line was just as amazing.

Piccolo: You usually pick on the children first?
Broli: I do what needs to be done. What do you expect...FROM A TRUE FREAK?

Well, that and "Best in all Japan!" (Which I am sure TFS is going to keep lol)

Anyone else reminded of Zorak from Space Ghost Coast to Coast when they see Cell's first form personality/voice?

So apparently Ghost Nappa is the "Wreck-It Ralph" to Abridged series.

And I thought Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged was just the beginning.

This Mr. Popo t-shirt. I don't know if anyone at TFS has seen it before. Since I don't have twitter or facebook, I thought the next-best place to put it would be in this thread:
