Since Android 16 is in there too, and we see the Archipelago stage in the background, he might be fighting Imperfect Cell, which means Imperfect Cell would need to be playable, but like you guys said, him absorbing both 17 and 18 at the same time is worrying, it seems they'll skip his Semi-Perfect form like they did with Frieza, but maybe that's just a prologue like in XV1 and you mustn't let Cell absorb both of them and wait for Vegeta and Trunks to come out the Time Chamber.

That's possible, but the way his tail is positioned makes me doubt that. In comparison, when Gohan punched No. 18 out of Cell, his needle was closed and the tail lowered.

Hopefully they won't skip any forms this time. Also, I hope they fix Cell's Super Perfect form name from Full Power. That was sort of weird.

Yay. Android 16 is coming to Xenoverse 2.

Tbh, I knew Time Breaker Bardock(due to Mira's quote to Bardock in XV1) and 16 would show up, but Imperfect Cell, I'm surprised he's in. Now I just hope for androids 13-15, 19, and 20 will be in this, so that the android collection will be complete. BT3 was close, but forgot about 14 & 15.

My guess is because theres only the PS versions of the game over in Japan. The PC and Xbox versions were for foreign countries.
