Sabat is being coy he keeps re-iterating not to get the wrong idea but also being quite vague so I think he might be referring to the announcement (since a lot of people were asking him to come out with it) reckon FUNi will announce it nearer the time which will probably be late 2016 judging by other countries. I think FUNi announced Kai 1.0 in Feb and it aired in May so yeah maybe to soon right now.
Edit- Did some digging around the forum found out FUNi owned http://www.dragonballzkai.com since December09. Announced in Feb10. Aired in May10. So yeah if they do have Super then an announcement now maybe too soon.
