I was just playing through Xenoverse again and just doing single fights, I kinda miss the cutscene dialogue before the fight starts. I know it's still there but you have to play as the other character to hear what was said. Also, I hope when you beat Beerus and Whis, I want them to be surprised that they lost or actually just say they lost instead of "Well, I guess I'll just take a nap." also, I kinda want to see what Beerus would say to the movie villains

I think he's talking about how he has Buu Gohan's hair.

I just realized, they have a kid that is 4 years old that you can beat up. Why isn't the game R rated? :shh:

He's got a point, these games have children in them, like not even double digit aged children who you can beat into a bloody pulp (and if your playing as a villain then also kill them). That is very, very dark.

Kid Gohan is 4 years old at the start of the series and is playable.

Well, that's Dragon Ball. Also, he's no ordinary kid. He had a power above both his father, his nemesis, AND the enemy.

Thoughts on Kinto'un + Nyoi-bo for Humans.

Overall, I think that no matter what was chosen for the Human awakening power, not everyone was going to be satisfied. There was never a clear option available. That said, I think that the developers picked something unique and fun given the fact that Humans don't have any transformations to go off of. Coming up with and deciding an awakening for Humans that would be as interesting as Pure Boo, SSJ3, Giant Namekian, and Golden Form probably wasn't easy.

I've asked around for what people would have preferred instead, here are some other options that may have been picked:

1. Unlocked Potential (Intense Aura surrounds the character) - Was likely considered an option. I personally thought this was going to happen/was the expected choice. Overall, a pretty "Boring" choice compared to the other races. However, it would fit with the DB lore easily.

2. Master Roshi Muscles (Buff up like Master Roshi 100%) - Another option that was probably considered and was suggested on forums. Technically has problems. If the Avatar's clothes stay on, then the muscles aren't able to be seen. If the clothes rip off, as they do with Master Roshi, this would cause problems with Female characters. How big would there boobs be? What covers them? For those reasons, I'd imagine this choice wasn't picked. If it would have worked, probably have been the fan favorite option.

3. 3rd Eye (3rd Eye like Tenshihan) - Cool idea. But in practice probably wouldn't be great. Since the character faces away from the screen, may be covered by hair/helmet, etc. I wonder if developers considered this option.

4. Multiple Arms (Multiple Arms like Tenshihan and Goku do) - Cool idea. Don't see any reason why it could not work. May or may not have been as popular as Kinto'un + Nyoi-bo. Hard to argue one is clearly a better choice than the other.

5. Splitting-Clone Technique (Split like Tenshihan) - Cool idea. More difficult to probably pull off technically with added Hitboxes, characters on screen, how they respond to attacks, targeting etc. Probably not impossible but more difficult to pull off. Would have also likely been popular.

Overall, there isn't a clear and obvious choice that Humans should have received. No matter what was chosen, people were likely going to be irked. Kinto'un + Nyoi-bo is a pretty unique idea that a lot of people will enjoy while others will dislike.

Valid Concern: The problem that does exist with Kinto'un + Nyoi-bo is that it could affect the lore that a player made about their avatar. If awakening abilities are important to the gameplay, and you have to use them a lot... someone that makes an evil character may not enjoy their character having to swing around a pole and dancing on a cloud. In a sense, it could restrict some creativity for people making a backstory on their human character. But, it could also help someone flesh out and develop their character.

Cool trailer. Really cool trailer.

I really hope Dimps found a way to properly balance the Giant Form the Namekian race have, because if it's not properly balanced, that form will either be abused online or become impractical in combat because you're a much bigger target of Ultimate Attacks. Seriously, imagine trying to dodge the Spirit Bomb or Cooler's Supernova attack in Giant Form. It would be damn near impossible. Also, giving the Human race exclusively the Power Pole and Flying Nimbus was an ingenious move in DIMPS part. I would have never thought of that in a millions years. Well played, DIMPS. I'm now super hyped for Xenoverse 2. :P

Rhymestyle brought up an interesting point saying that the human awakening ability may not be restricted to the Nimbus Cloud + Powerpole, but maybe an option to gain and choose weapons that your human character could use. I'm interested to see how it all plays out. As I've said before, I"m not a fan of Giant Forms at all, but at least they've found a creative way to make all the races different which is a huge plus.

Considering its place in the trailer (among the montage of transformation options of the other races), I seriously doubt it. It's pretty much the SSJ equivalent for humans.

No and they dont need them. Freeza's forms have been stated time and time again to be of his own creation to help control his power since he has trouble with it upon going 100%. So only Freeza should have all those forms. His final form is his original and that goes for all the other Freeza race members. Anything beyond the final (Golden Freeza, Super Cooler) are forms attained by training just like a Saiyan's SSJ forms.
