If there isn't where can I buy a cheap freeloader? By cheap I mean in Australian currency and under $30.

If you have a Wii you could use this trick. No word on if it works with Wii games, since they probably work diffrently and you wouldn't want to spend over $50 on a game you might not be able to play.

Freeloader is already a very small proportion of the price of buying an entirely new console... and that's what Freeloader is the alternative to. I think you have unreasonable expectations.
