So according to Toyotaro the Pilaf Gang hijacked the wish to bring back Goku or perhaps heal him of his heart virus or help them locate New Namek.
I like that it happened to have dire consequences not just for the Pilaf Gang, but also for the Z gang, as there would be no next time, as the androids killed Piccolo and therefore Kami, making the DBs stay inactive forever.

Actually, Gohan is yelling "Piccolo!". I think the idea might be that they made the wish right before Piccolo died (thus the dragonballs falling to the ground, rather than flying away). They might have still stolen a wish that might have been used to save his life though, depending on how the previous page goes (maybe Piccolo was slowly dying and Gohan and Bulma were there to save him, or Piccolo was just instantly killed and Gohan and Bulma being there is just a coincidence).

What do you mean? I already did, I was loving it during the first two episodes but they lost me once they started ruining the tone and tension of the arc with the Pilaf gang being shoehorned into every single episode and Goku acting like a mongoloid.

I've been having all kinds of crazy ideas in my head that i can't seem to formulate them into a solid theory lol.


Anyways, one thing i was thinking of is Zamasu's ki. It's said in the episode that it's very similar but not exactly. What if he has an ability to extract the power/ki of people he encounters? I realize this doesn't make any sense but I'm trying to think of different possibilities. Black improves and learns the fighting style of people he faces from what it seems, maybe that's what the one Potara effect does? It doesn't fuse the entire persons body into your own but rather their ki/fighting ability?
