"YOU FORGOT THE PICKLES!!!". My apologies guys but if I didn't do that then I'd regret it for the rest of my life.

When someone tells you, "Don't present your opinion as fact," what they're actually saying is, "Don't present your opinion with any conviction. Because I don't like your opinion, and I want to be able to dismiss it as easily as possible." Don't fall for it.

It's the same outfit she started the series in. Piccolo just put heavy stuff over it and then removed the heavy stuff.

Indeed. The hate continues to be at ridiculous levels, this time just because she used a weapon/tool, like many other characters used in the tournament. Heck, universe 19's way of fighting is completely based on that.

Well that's incredibly lame.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

Wow, I must be in the minority because I really like this turn. First, it's not like DBM pulled the concept of senzu beans out of thin air. Second, it shows Bra can be a little underhanded and pragmatic. Sure, she agreed not to transform but she didn't say anything about the magic healing beans.

And people thought Bra was going to get her comeuppance. The daughter of fucking Vegetto(their favourite wanked character by the way) is not going to get her retribution. She isn't Vegeta where she can get better after having a loss but a dickish character that's not going to lose unless it's going to get shown up by their other favourite character.

Guys, I actually really like the twist. It's clever and resourceful...and so what if she does end up winning this? She still got the beating of her life, she still had to resort to a dirty trick in order to win...her pride's still probably going to be severely wounded. Her doing this is the equivalent of being forced to use cheat codes to beat a video game. Yeah, you "won", but only because you stunk too much.

Just like how Vegeta's pride was wounded by the fact that he had to use Oozaru on Goku (or at least, thought he did; jury's still out on whether or not that was the case).

I think it was more an insult that he had to use the power of an Oozaru, which is generally used to wipe out civilizations, to kill one "low-class warrior." He's not particularly fond of the transformation either.

But yeah I'd say Bra is going to have her pride taking damage after this, especially considering that this was all for the sake of training in her eyes. What's idiotic on her part is the fact that she would gain anything from this match, especially when she needs to work on her anger and SSJ2 control issues.

I don't think using a senzu is going to hurt Bra's pride considering her father lives off them and Cold made her take a handicap anyway.

It was mentioned before that its like using cheats in a game but that was also after.you halfed your health for said game.

Vegetto eats them because it's the only thing nutritious enough for him, not because he gets beaten up by people.

I remember something like that, so Vegetto only eats senzus? One per day?

The idea is that his power is SO enormous, so completely beyond the pale, that Senzu Beans are the only way he can sustain himself. In the novelization, he actually had to go out of his way to figure out how to grow more Senzu Beans to accomodate himself.

Try to remember whether Vegeta still lost on that confrontation. Now try to guess if Bra is going to lose. Probably not. She will likely just justify her shit and get no development like Vegeta.

Thus he lives off them.

You know, if the senzu was under her tongue, Bra would still have an issue with speech, as well as vomiting them out with her blood with the gut punch. But on the DBM comment section, a poster posited that Xen Buu could have IT'd a senzu into Bra's mouth-Which I would have no problem with. Let's see if that person is a great prognosticator and Saligir made a damn good decision after all.

I believe that in Vegeta's mind, he DID lose that confrontation, and it DID affect him; that's what kickstarted his obsession with Goku. You can even see it through the way he KEEPS flashing back to Goku knocking him around with Kaioken X3; even when he first steps out of the healing pod, one of the first things he thinks of is how he got the stuffing kicked out of him by KKx3 Goku. Plus, there's the way he lost his fudge right before the epic Kamehameha vs. Gallick Gun duel; he felt like Goku had surpassed him (even though we, the audience, knew the truth; Goku was just using a technique to temporarily enhance himself). He only resulted to Oozaru when he found that even his Gallick Gun wasn't enough!

Now did Vegeta do a total 180? No...but he did start displaying very subtle changes even as early as the Ginyu saga, such as an obsession with Goku. Now consider that he was already 30 years old by that point, and very well set in his ways; if even he was altered by that kind of catastrophic defeat, consider how much more impressionable a 16 year old teenager would be.
