This topic is going to go straight to the next demension!

To stay on topic I've always wondered why Cell's second form doesn't have wings like his other two forms.

I always thought it was because he becomes more human with the characteristics of Android's 17 and 18. But then why does his next form have wings?

My theory for Vegeta during the Boo arc is he already reached SSJ2 and the Majin power up was just to make him equal with Goku.

I say Gotenks obviously goes SSJ2. (You wouldn't believe what I've heard people say)

Okay, here's a theory. The reason there are so many Super Saiyans, despite the legend saying there's only one every thousand years is because the legend was just that, a legend. Being a legend it was bound to have inaccuracies. There you have it. Of course the real reason is that the writer made it that way, but I'm talking within the "Dragon universe".

I was under the assumption that Saiya-jin before Goku never had access to the kind of training he had.

Also, after Goku figured it out he was able to teach everyone else. And Goten and Trunks were born after Vegeta and Goku went SSJ, so I assume it got passed down to them in some way.

I think the ones you always hear have to do with Goku dying on Namek, the lost OVA, and a possible new series...but that's more like rumors so nevermind..Uh, would Vegeta not growing his tail back because getting it cut after a certain age or a certain amount of times means no tail coming back? What about Trunks and Goten being strong because they were conceived by strong fathers plus the fact that they are half human?

Well he have to assume the Super Saiyan gene was already there, otherwise you're talking about the transformation altering their DNA, which doesn't make any sense really, because even if that were the case you can't get something from nothing. (unless some outer space element in Goku/Vegeta's environment helped change them)
