Just watched it, what a change in both VA's hair. XD I didn't know that's what Mr. Vale looked like without the glasses.
Mike and Meri both sound so young.

I've met my fair share of VA's. I met Vic Mignongna 2 years back at ACEN. It was funny though becuase I must have ran into him at least 5 times in one day, and he said, "Hey it's you guys again!"

Then I met Sean Schemmel, Chris Sabat, Kara Edwards, and Tapion's VA (can't remember the name right now). They were all pretty cool, especialy Schemmel. I talked to him about the one skit on his MySpace, Piss in a Bag. (if you haven't listened to that, do it!) He got a good laugh out of that and was glad someone liked it, and he gave me the whole story behind it, it was pretty interesting.

I've met my fair share!

-Kyle Herbert
-Josh Martin
-Sonny Strait
-Meredith McCoy
-Justin Cook (like 3 times)
-John Burgmeir
-Stephanie Maldony
-Vic Minogna

Great people! Fun times! Kyle was awesome and we chilled for a long time, Josh was hilarious, Sonny drew me a Kuririn dressed as Spiderman wearing a Spanish hat. John Burgmeir begged me to save him from a swarm of scary as hell Kurama fangirls, and Justin Cook invited a buddy and I out to drinks, but we couldn't since we weren't 21 at the time...

I searched and found that on PutFile, it made me think of one of those SNL commercial skits they do from time to time. XD (Mainly the SNL commercial with the adult diapers, its about this older couple playing tennis and I think it was called "Oops I crapped my Pants".)

Could you tell me said story behind the audio or give me a link to the explanation?

It was back in 2001. When we got there saw Mr. Clark and two other guys taking a pic with hands in Kamehameha position.

I seen Vic Mignogna a lot in the hotel I was staying at during the Anime-Next convention. I didnt go up to him or anything though...

In other news, I did manage to take this pic with my phone at the NYC Comic Con two weeks ago. Its really gets more and more like an anime convention every year I go back.

They signed my season 1 box set... Man, Iam such a tool.

Hey, Mr. McNeill signed my copy of vol. 3 of Ranma though Principal Kuno doesn't appear in it at all. Still was cool of him though. Pic of us together looks kind of funny though.

John Burgmeir signed my copy of "Path to Power"... he just took it from Stephanie Maldony after she was done signing it... ~_~; Same situation! :D

Um... it's Stephanie Naldony, not Maldony. I know it's kinda trivial but just thought I'd put it out there.

Also at the time aside from some DBZ dvds and videos, it was the only thing I had that he was a cast member of so I brought it purposely for him to sign. Michael Dobson just signed the con program. Ah heck, here's the pic we took after he signed it:

Though I didn't ask him about the Piccolo voice, got the closest thing as I asked him to use his Wolverine voice and he complied.

When I met Josh Martin, it was at a con and he was doing his signing with Dameon Clarke, whom I'd already met a year or two earlier. I was trying to get as many VA as possible to sign this poster I have... long story short Dameon nearly signed it twice and I had to explain to him I already met him and show him his signature to prove it. But I did bring one of the Cell Saga DVDs for him to sign so he wasn't tooooooo left out. I thought that was pretty funny.

But yeah, it's funny what VAs will do at cons/signings...sign random crap they aren't even in. It's even more hilarious when fans have them sign something completely unrelated just for the signature. Some will just never understand the aesthetics of autographs, I suppose.

Hanging out with VAs after hours is awesome too. My buddy is a senior staff at MTAC over in Tennessee and I've been to a few late night parties during con weekend. It's kind of funny because a lot of VA...at least the ones that have been there the last few years, were also bartenders in a past life. It's cool to say I've been served drinks by Colleen Clinkenbeard and Laura Bailey. Fun times.

Chris Sabat - 5th time will be next weekend
Sean Schemmel
Eric Vale
Kyle Hebert – I was in my Videl cosplay and he asked me when we’d get together bwaha
Brian Drummond – that line was looong.
Scott McNeil
Brad Swaile
Kirby Morrow
Michael Dobson
…more… I’ve met more but I just can’t remember all of them right now. Every DB voice actor I’ve met has signed my homemade dragonball.

.... oh my god, I'm going to that too. Now I'm afraid to enter cosplay idol.

Same, he's awesome, and he did his British Goku for me, I'll dig up the video my mate took on his phone.

Damn, how'd you guys get so lucky to meet all of these people?! Are they that easy? :P But seriously, what do you think they'll say about the widescreen? Would the VAs have to act like its great as well?

I missed out on all of the DB Movie fun, huh?
Point blank: it's gonna suck if you want it to. Personally, I'm seeing it as a comedy.

If there are cons in your area, that's the easiest way to meet them.

I got to ask several questions to various of the Funi Voice Actors in the live chat sessions they did on the official site, a couple of years ago.
Those were so awesome, whish they would do something like that again!

Ghe, I even took screenshots of all those chats back then, still have them in my PC. :)

OK... Sorry, I could've sworn it was with an "M"... Thanks for the heads up.

Oh, and Mr. Piccolo: I don't think the VA's really represent or can speak for FUNi in terms of the Widescreen issue. Sonny Strait agreed that he didn't like the rap music in GT. So all they can really give you is their personal opinion.

However, I invite you guys to let the VA's know! I bet they'll mention it to the big wigs. "Man, the fans sure don't like the widescreen...".
