Past: Super had a better pre-production and everything has planned better.
Future:
- Super keeps improving and lasts for some more years.
- Better use of other DT Fighters like Gohan, Piccolo and the kids for example.
- Third Movie with Toriyama involvement that involves U7 and U6 characters.
- FT Trunks Buu arc TV Special.
- A Son Goku's statue.
I can't edit my previous post anymore, but here's another wish for the future:
-Kageyama, or even JAM Project, sing a new song for Dragon Ball.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

wish for the past: Ultimate Gohan beats Super Buu (but not in an anticlimactic way, it could have ended that way and still worked)
wish for the future: make Gohan relevant again (SSJB) and the same for other secondary characters like Piccolo and 18.
Wish for the past:
- Super just starting at the Black Arc
- All of the Character and Attack names having closer translations, not renames.
- Ki being more of a determining factor and vital theme of battle and training (as Chakra is to Naruto) instead of power levels.
- None of Toriyama's recent character retcons.
Wish for the future:
- More warrior races introduced besides Saiyan
- More individual character arcs or B-Plots
- More gods of destruction and Evil Kais Introduced
- More expanding on the tiers of natural authority in the universe
- Non-Saiyans getting God Ki from others sources.
- Goku being less flanderized.
- A DB redub with the Kai actors.

There's so much they can do with live action but I doubt anyone's going to try.
I'd say a big budget Dragon Ball live action film could happen in the near future if Super does well in international territories. I just hope whatever studio decides to try it will avoid the mistakes of Evolution like the plague.

wish for the future-Super either links to GT or changes it's animation to match Z's. Specially the fusion saga. Best colors and of course nobody looks oiley like in super.

Agreed. If inconsistencies stops an arc or show from being in the same canon, then all of Z is non canon with dragonball!
Just have god ki merge with the base form or have GT be a alternate universe. I prefer they were separate realities. I prefer GT over super.

At this point I would say, just re.merge Kibitoshin for some reason like "he can help against Zamasu better this way" or whatever and everything else would be fine for me. Hell, add the Pilaf ending for Super that I always mention were they accidentally screw up a wish again and get older than they wanted and it ends funny. Then a cliffhanger to the Oob tournament and to GT. That would be a good ending episode of Super for me.

In all honesty - people always say "but Toriyama-san said, but Toriyama-san said" but I am actually pretty sure that if Toei would ask Toriyama-san to write bullet points about a tie-in to GT, he would do that. Or maybe Toyotarou would help as Toriyama-san made a very interesting comment about Toyotarou's decisions possibly influencing the future (even though Toyble seemed to respect it too much to do that - but we already see him bringing in own ideas anyways).

Good points. Even if super doesn't take advantage of what it can do in the show, I hope Toei brings this series running for a while. While researching how it's doing on here, everyone says it's doing great in the ratings and merchandise. And I think logically when it comes to other places it'll only help it. I know i'll do my part to buy the dvds and such. I like to think buying xenoverse 2 is will help in some way.
