I'm only realizing it now... There's no Super Buu in this game, right? Kind of odd for a fusion focused game considering his absorptions.

It's not that surprising, and they probably wouldn't have done anything with him anyway. Bebi's original body is in the game too, and they didn't give him a single fusion or his parasite infection thing.

GT was pretty shafted in fusions and forms though. The focus was clearly on Z itself. Pan has two (one with Bra) and Goku has one with 4 Star Dragon, but those are the only what if GT fusions in the game. In the story, Baby actually takes over Hirudegarn, but he gets no modified design.

There's Recoota (Recoome + Butta), Gulce (Guldo + Jeice), Natz (Nappa + Raditz), and Gohanks (future Gohan + future Trunks).

They stated they didn't include the QR code only fusions (Taks, Great Satanman, Gorus). Only the ones fusable within the standalone game.

The 17 + Cell fusion seems like it was originally designed for Super 17. He has Super 17's belt, arm guards and long hair. I wonder why they ended up giving it to standard 17...

The human max fusion is the SSJ Blue looking one. What determines the Max fusions seem to be mostly the character that initiates it based on the videos I've seen, and that's the one initiated by humans. I don't think there'd be a different one for Majin type. They're pretty much just a different head for the Kai characters. There are tow genders though, so there should be a female version for aliens and mystic too.

QR characters can't be fused because they already come fused when you unlock them. EX Gogeta appearing twice was an accident on my end.

You're absolutely right. That video surprised me, because I had assumed it was Super 17. I'm assuming it was a hasty mistake/oversight in the development.

I think it's because the blue-green hair fusion appears when you initiate it with Goten, Trunks, or Pan. Though they are half and quarter Saiyan, the game considers them Earthling (Gotenks and Gohan are also considered Earthlings). The gold-haired fusion appears when Goku initiates it, because he is a full Saiyan. The other ones appear depending on your created character.
