James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Of course it doesn't matter. Everything can be a threat at any time. We are talking about Dragon Ball Heroes for God's sake.DBZGTKOSDH wrote:It's a video-game, so it doesn't really matter.DI297 wrote:That would be cool and everything but I dont see how oozarus can be a threat at this pointDBZGTKOSDH wrote: Since it's about a Saiyan invasion, maybe we'll get lots of Oozarus?

So, I should be expecting the return of Mullet Ape Raditz, then?

Ozaru Raditz would be the safe bet, yeah. Though, King Vegeta's Ozaru form in Heroes didn't have the goatee that he had in the Sparking/Tenkaichi games if I remember correctly, so you may not want to expect the mullet.

In Dokkan Battle, they had Ozaru Raditz have his long hair, so we might get some variation of it.TheDevilsCorpse wrote:Ozaru Raditz would be the safe bet, yeah. Only in the card art, right? The game sprites have short hair.

I think his sprite's supposed to have long hair, but someone did not get the memo. Or why else would they have the card art have long hair?TheDevilsCorpse wrote:Only in the card art, right? The game sprites have short hair.

I don't know. Seems to be a trend in a this franchise, as there are a number of characters in Heroes where the designs on the cards, in the animated trailers and the game models don't match.
Re: "(Super) Dragon Ball Heroes" Official Discussion Thread
GDM10's CPs cards will allow avatars to summon five characters (Time Patrol = Kaioshin of Time, Xeno Trunks, Xeno Goku, Xeno Vegeta, and Xeno Gohan / Time Breakers = Demigra, Darkness Towa, Mira, Xeno Dabura, and Saiakkuman w/golden skull necklace) to attack at once.

I swear, if Dragon Ball Heroes doesn't bring any Super Saiyan 2 this time you can kiss your world goodbye because I'm gonna flip the planet onto Dimps' company!

Those Demigra, Towa, Mira, and Chronoa cards are pretty cool.

And what did they do to Beat's hair in that first picture?
Anyway, I'm interested to know what Bulma can do, since she's never been playable before, to my knowledge.

Bloomer is the first of the cards that have the new battle type "Special", which consists of non-fighting characters. You can only have 1 in your deck and it powers your other cards in several ways.
The next arc is called "Rebellious Zamasu".
The Saiyajin mission has them invading real-life Japan and players need to stop them.

I just noticed, I think the Zamasu/Gowasu scan lists the winners of the God Mission 10 UR card poll!
I can't read it, so do y'all know who was chosen?

Time Breaker Bardock, Tarble, Broly, Xeno Trunks, Xeno Bardock, and GT Goku.Rinsankajugin wrote:I just noticed, I think the Zamasu/Gowasu scan lists the winners of the God Mission 10 UR card poll!

Can somebody translate all that is written? And I guess that confirms Xeno Gogeta is real.

Of course they would pick Broly and the other Xeno characters. With every new set of cards released my hopes of Goten getting something significant get crushed more and moreGrimlock wrote:Time Breaker Bardock, Tarble, Broly, Xeno Trunks, Xeno Bardock, and GT Goku.Rinsankajugin wrote:I just noticed, I think the Zamasu/Gowasu scan lists the winners of the God Mission 10 UR card poll!

Nothing of special, really.Grimlock wrote:Can somebody translate all that is written? And I guess that confirms Xeno Gogeta is real.

After Goten, Gohan joins the fight against Demigra, which is near its end.
Zamasu is a fighting genius and trains under Gowasu. Gowasu has a gentle heart and watches over humans and all life.
The new Zamasu arc approaches Goku Black's secret.

I thought Goten wasn't involved in this fight? He wasn't in the trailer or any promo artalakazam^ wrote:Nothing of special, really.Grimlock wrote:Can somebody translate all that is written? And I guess that confirms Xeno Gogeta is real.

They mean Gohan joins the roster of "Xeno" fighters, of which Goten is also a part of. Also, Vegeta: Xeno joins as well.
