Purchasing Dragon Boxes on Yahoo Japan

Well...after quite a lot of working i have money for a dragon box. I heard you can get them from yahoo auction, so i went to celga and did it all through there. When I was looking around most of the auctions said they would not ship internationally. Is this common thing? Do i just need to wait for one auction that will sell world wide, or is it very rare to see people ship outside of japan?

It's extremely rare that the sellers on YahooJapan will ship outside of their country, so you'll have to use a service like CELGA if you want to purchase something from there.
