Why did Gokuu bust out a Boston Crab on Tenshinhan ? I know wrestling is huge in Japan, but it always looked so odd to me.

Has no one put you in one? It's painful.

I've mainly have just done "amateur" wrestling so no, but it always looked weak, give em the lion tamer any day. (I know Y2J wasn't wrestling yet)

It's a lot of pressure on the lower back and the quads. If they really pull back, it's incredibly painful.

I see, it's probably just the way Jericho does it, he just kind of sits there.

If Piccolo had ran away at any point when he and 17 were fighting Cell, would Cell go after him or just forget about it and go straight to 17? I was watching that part yesterday and I always wondered that.

Why did Arale never get an age upgrade? Its been like 40 years since she last saw Gokuu but she hasn't changed.

Why would she? She's an android.

I'm assuming because it's alluded that she does in the future depictions of Dr. Slump.

I got that, but she's still an android.

One episode of the Dr. Slump anime (don't know if it happened in the Manga) had a plot point that because Arale was a robot, she would never "grow up".

With Dragon Ball Fusions and a new dance in mind, it would be pretty funny to watch Goku suggest Maxi Fusion over Vegeta's Genki Dama plan. I really just want to see Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, and Goten somehow perform this to destroy Boo as I enjoy the choreography of the dance. It would be pretty drab as the payoff would be an overpowered warrior dominating for a few seconds to neatly end the battle. Then again, Gogeta was memorable despite this, so the execution would be the deciding factor.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here could tell me what is the last panel of the first volume of Z portion of the series? I have an ancient edition which is a half-tankobon that ends with the panel of the pods of Vegeta and Nappa in space flying towards the Earth... can anyone confirm if this is indeed the last panel of the original Volume 17?

We share the same ending. Volume 17 of my tankoubon has Vegeta and Nappa's pods traveling in space as the final drawn panel. Afterwards, there is a collection of the nine cover pages for the chapters, as originally published in Weekly Shonen Jump. Naturally, the final flap is the publishing information. Does any of this match up for you?

Kind of random question, but I was wondering about the Dragon Ball Z FUNimation singles; are they edited or uncut?

Why do Zamasu and Gowasu get names, while the universe 7 kaiou and kaioushin are just called by their titles? Out of universe, I guess they didn't need names until more of their kind were indroduced and had to be distinguished, but what about in universe?

I'm assuming it has to do with the Universe or set of Universes. Of course, one would then question Chronoa, so it's really impossible to know for sure. My only other guess is they just won't say their names, which I find rather unlikely.

All the in-house episode dvds are uncut. Some of the movies are available in cut and uncut form on dvd, but aside from that the only dvd episodes with cuts are the ones from the saban dub.

Thanks! I was considering them since I heard they have the same quality footage as the Dragon Boxes. I'd get the Orange Bricks if only for the boxes. But I probably won't get any singles anytime soon since there's a lot and it'd cost a lot.
