Ki / Power Levels Wikipedia Editing Question
I know that there is already a lot of stuff on Wikipedia that is innacurate and has bad information about Dragonball/Z. I know that wiki is not the best information source in the world. But somthing has happened that I think is of some signifigance and it is really creepy how it happened in such a short time.
Article in Question
This was originally made to be about ki in Dragonball and Dragonball Z. However it was locked for some reason. After that, just today the title of the article was changed to "Power Level (Dragonball). This is not a seperate article as it has a similar layout to the previous one about ki use in Dragonball/Z. My question is how someone could have edited the article title (and perhaps some of the information in the article?) when it's locked and protected from editing. If anybody in the Project Wiki did this, I would like to know, this is a very weird thing to happen.

You can see any modification made to the articles and who did them, just by clicking on the "history" link at the top of the article (just between "edit this page" and "move").
And looking at the history of the page, it appears it was not a proper article, but a mere redirection, from the beginning. So I can't see what "creepy" there...
