I think what Whis was implying was that Beerus, as a cat god, acts very much like a cat (so he sleeps a lot and is generally lazy). Other Gods of Destruction most likely don't share that personality; even Champa was out and about (collecting Super Dragon Balls for a long time, as we saw) a lot more. The other Gods of Destruction are probably just more active, doing their jobs properly.
I'm not at all saying it's impossible to have a God of Destruction be an enemy. I just don't think all ten of them (not counting Beerus and Champa here) will be.

Been waiting for this subject.

They may be violent, but the one in U10 is probably doing a shitty job or has been sleeping so much that he/she is in a coma.

I mean:
- Whis/Beerus wander around U7, and stumble on Vados/Champa - It confirms there is no way telling that non-local attendants (and even Deities) enter the local universe. However, it pisses Beerus off, even though it's his brother.
- Whis/Beerus and a mortal saiyan visit U10 Kaio realms - No Kaioshins paranoid about protocol, no U10 Gods informed that U7 payed a visit. Gowasu should've been at least worried knowing how violent his God peer "is".

Remember, 6 are wiped out cause Zeno wanted so. I wonder what is the standard to perform well for Zeno.
