Is Universe 10's God of Destruction dead?

You'd think with all this Black/Zamasu stuff going on that it'd catch the attention of U10's God of Destruction though to be fair, Zamasu hasn't really meddled in Universe 10's timelines but more so Universe 7. Champa was hiding around in Universe 7 but was almost caught by Beerus here and there, surely with Beerus directly going to Universe 10 and Goku sparring with Zamasu must have caught the attention of their God of Destruction? If all this was in Universe 7 I'm positive Beerus would have sensed it at the very least. I'm guessing he's either asleep or dead/never was one. Zamasu might have killed Gowasu just to be rid of their God of Destruction (If that's who's tied to him)

I think that all deaths of Hakaishin are a preparation for Dragon Ball GT. I noticed when they made the ritual with six Saiyan instead in Dragon Ball GT were five.
