I'd ask him a lot of things, 99% of which would deal with the Red Ribbon Army. If anyone were to ask him about the RRA now he'd probably respond with "...who're those guys again?".

Something to that effect would probably come out.

I know exactly what I would ask him, though it wouldn't be a simple question. I would sit down with him with a list of all the Boo saga characters, and ask him to rank them in order of strength. And then if any descrepencies came up (due to forgetfulness for example) I'd ask him to elaborate. Chances of him ever doing such a thing would be slim to nill however.

"Final Warrior" Gohan was stronger than Super Saiya-jin 3 Goku. Toriyama states this in the manga.

Hey, now, that's what I'd seriously think of asking him. I'm not about to get all fangirlish or anything like that and gush out some question like "OMG are you supportive of (insert yaoi or non-canon pairing here), is one character stronger than the other at such and such a time, etc. etc. etc.?" If you ask me, he probably hears those kinds of questions way too much already from fans. I'm sorry if it sounds like ass-kissing (and really I don't intend it to), but if I'm gonna ask him one question, I'm gonna ask him something art-related, since I'm interested in that kind of stuff and it's something I know he likes as well (otherwise, we wouldn't even have Dragonball, so...). He's a good artist; why not ask him to offer a little instruction or opinion to someone who hopes to work in the same field?

Granted, that particular phrasing probably IS a little too... mushy? Sycophantic?... so I wouldn't think of asking him that word-for-word. Something less "omgloveydoveyworship" would probably be better. But really, what's the problem with that kind of question otherwise?

And to be honest, I don't particularly like how you worded your response, either. I found it more offensive than anything else (not even funny). Can't you be just a tad less vulgar when you're trying to be a smartass? :[

Now... that aside, if asking him for an opinion on something I drew of one of his characters is out of the question, I'd probably ask him something like how he developed his drawing style over the years and why the his Dragonball style has changed so much, and what other sources he drew inspiration from for his story besides Journey to the West. Yeah... I think I'd definitely ask him those. And yes, I probably would thank him for creating characters like Goku. That's one everyday comment he probably gets that I wouldn't mind giving him again.

While not siding with Mr. Jerk, I must say I totally pictured you bending over in a shirt cut just a bit too low while saying that to him.
