Try to look at your own hands and use them as your guide. That's what I do. I'm still not good with drawing hands, mind you, but I was much, much worse before. It might be difficult to position your hand for yourself to look at, but you'll surely figure it out. After you get used to that, it's nothing but grinding. Practice, practice, practice. It's lame, but that's how it is.

I don't draw much these days, but back when I did I used to draw hands by drawing my own hand; as I'm right-handed, I drew my left hand by watching it and by making rough measurements with my pencil. You can also use this process to draw your hand in many different positions, including a fist.

Looking up references never hurts and there are plenty of them to choose from. Also positioning your own hand into the position you want to draw can be a bit hard but it's also an option.
And of course Practice all the time. The best way to improve at something you suck at is to constantly be doing it. Just try drawing hands a whole bunch everyday. Like, at least 20 a day.
Edit: This website is a good place to practice hands as well as other things.

To keep this Dragon Ball related, you could always use reference for characters. Copy poses, if need be, until you develop your style enough. And certainly practice as much as possible!
