Technique you would most Like to use IRL.

I'd have to say being able to fly, as in order to use Instantanious Movement, you'd need to be able to sense ki.

I'd have to agree. I'm not short but I'd like to be able to not have to use any form of transportation.. except for maybe in a thunderstorm. I don't think it would be bright to be the highest thing in the air at the time...

Well, I wouldn't be grounded so maybe I could fly during the thunderstorm!

Anyone want to science this out for me?

Oh, wow, why didn't I think of that? That'd be perfect to use in combination with Bukujutsu to get jackasses to back off of you and get away from them. I suppose the only problem would be that you'd end up blinding everybody else, too... but then again you wouldn't exactly want anyone to see you flying, would you? xD;;

Well, airplanes aren't usually allowed to take off during a thunder or lightning storm, so if you ask me, I don't think it'd be much safer for you to try it. You'd still stand a pretty good chance of being struck by lightning in the air... you'd just be a much, much smaller target. >_> And also, the rain would also be a huge problem unless you've got goggles and a heavy-duty raincoat. You wouldn't exactly want to go flying blind and soaked to the bone, would you? I've tried just riding my bike in heavy rain... it's not fun... >_<

I'm pretty sure that if you're high enough to make the lightning's trip to the ground a little quicker and easier, then you're likely to get struck. So flying around in a thunderstorm would be risky.

How about collecting some gold bars from different locations on the planet to live on easy street? Or disappearing/re-appearing in the girls shower room? or grabbing a Wii/PS3/Xbox360 while BestBuy is closed? Along with the HDTV and other items in there.
Can't people in DragonBall make stuff? If so, I'd make the things you mentioned and just sell them, haha.

People in this world can make stuff too, but I don't see any of us making a competing HDTV or game system.

Not even that. Apollo 12 got zapped a few times during its launch.

What I would like is Bardock's ability to see into the future, albeit a much more controlled version. Kinda surprised Rocketman didn't choose Ginyu's body-switching technique, he could use it on Goku and have his way with Chichi.
