I think the schedule for Super seems to reached a level of normality that I don't think the breaks will be needed that much anymore. All of the episodes in the Future Trunk arc have ranged from decent at worst to great at best. I can't recall a single episode in the arc that has looked bad or below par.HeroR wrote:Usually for Christmas holiday. It's arguably one of the biggest draws of Super. Without his influence the series might very well devolve into a glorified GT.Xeztin wrote:I wonder if Toriyama will continue to have input on the series after this arc?

I'm saying that I think the schedule has reached to the same standard, or very close, to what DB/Z/GT had and Super doesn't necessarily need or have to look forward to the future breaks to catch up on the production time.HeroR wrote:What does this have to do with Super maybe taking a week off for the holidays?Lord Beerus wrote: I think the schedule for Super seems to reached a level of normality that I don't think the breaks will be needed that much anymore. I'd love a potara fusion battle between the 4 of them.Baggie_Saiyan wrote: You're right so they lose and Goku has to step up with the the Spirit Dama and save the dayGo Goku!!
But seriously Vegeta starts battling Black again next episode does it really carry on until 63? I'm okay with that.
Goku is probably chasing after Zamasu so father and son vs Black?
I am as well but I think something will happen during next week's episode that will stop the fight and it'll pick up again in 63.
I wouldn't mind something like that.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

I've had my say on fusion before not a fan would prefer then fighting individually but as a team like in 57.sintzu wrote:I'd love a potara fusion battle between the 4 of them.Baggie_Saiyan wrote: You're right so they lose and Goku has to step up with the the Spirit Dama and save the dayGo Goku!!

But yeah your probably right I think Zamasu interrupts them saying it's time to enact the final phase of the plan and that leads to 61 hence the title of that episode.

Super shouldn't conform with being standard, we are in 2016, it should be the best series in terms of animations, there is always space for improvement.Lord Beerus wrote:I'm saying that I think the schedule has reached to the same standard, or very close, to what DB/Z/GT had and Super doesn't necessarily need or have to look forward to the future breaks to catch up on the production time.HeroR wrote:What does this have to do with Super maybe taking a week off for the holidays?Lord Beerus wrote: I think the schedule for Super seems to reached a level of normality that I don't think the breaks will be needed that much anymore. Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
You really expect Dragon Ball Super to be one of the best animated series from Toei?! The best looking show that Toei has ever produced has been the PreCure animated franchise, while the animation for that franchise can be stunning, it's still nowhere near the very best in terms of quality animated shows in Japan.Alee9977 wrote:Super shouldn't conform with being standard, we are in 2016, it should be the best series in terms of animations, there is always space for improvement.Lord Beerus wrote:I'm saying that I think the schedule has reached to the same standard, or very close, to what DB/Z/GT had and Super doesn't necessarily need or have to look forward to the future breaks to catch up on the production time.HeroR wrote:

Super's schedule is normalizing, but they shouldn't stop improving it until the show can match Pokemon's animation regularly.
the break in the F arc came in January for a New Years thing.HeroR wrote: Usually for Christmas holiday. I remember there was break the week before New Years since the conclusion of the Resurrection 'F' Saga was delayed a week.

I expect it to be the best Dragon Ball animated series, not the best from Toei, although there is a long way to go, I can see it happening if the show keeps improving like this.Lord Beerus wrote:You really expect Dragon Ball Super to be one of the best animated series from Toei?! I think Super reaching One Piece quality on a weekly basis would be good enough for me.ArchedThunder wrote:Super's schedule is normalizing, but they shouldn't stop improving it until the show can match Pokemon's animation regularly.

I bet after Goku Black arc is over, we will probably see some slice of life episodes. It won't surprise me if they do something like Pan's 1 year birthday or something really silly like Goku sleeping over at Beerus place.

Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
Ah, I misunderstood. Well, you do have a point in that regard. But of course, it all comes down to whether the talent within Toei is available to work on the show. You have to remember that Toei have a lot of on-gong shows in rotation right now and in some cases, even if Super has a workable schedule, just won't be able to find the time to work on the show. I mean, in some cases there are animators who work on Super for just one episode and then never come back because they are tied up with another project for the foreseeable future. Situations like that happen a lot in Japan. Especially now that there are more animated shows being produced yearly than ever before and studios are barely able to mange them all.Alee9977 wrote:I expect it to be the best Dragon Ball animated series, not the best from Toei, although there is a long way to go, I can see it happening if the show keeps improving like this.Lord Beerus wrote:You really expect Dragon Ball Super to be one of the best animated series from Toei?! I could see them making an episode based on Bloomer finding out she's pregnant with Bra. This could lead into future episodes of Bra and Pan playing around.Hellspawn28 wrote:I bet after Goku Black arc is over, we will probably see some slice of life episodes. I honestly would really like Future Trunks meeting his could-have-been sister for the first time before he officially departs.alakazam^ wrote:I could see them making an episode based on Bloomer finding out she's pregnant with Bra. If he departs. If Mai dies there is nothing tie-ing him there. I want him to stay with the game permanently or for the foreseeable future.ryou766 wrote:I honestly would really like Future Trunks meeting his could-have-been sister for the first time before he officially departs.alakazam^ wrote:I could see them making an episode based on Bloomer finding out she's pregnant with Bra. Time Patrol Trunks become a thing in Super would be my choice for his character.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

He has the green sweater for it, so why not? Plus, we'd get to see Chronoa in canon.FortuneSSJ wrote:Time Patrol Trunks become a thing in Super would be my choice for his character.
