BoG, F, PtEtSS & EoB getting steelbook release by Kazé in France.

These movies will be released in France by Kazé this year (?) - and guess what - they just pushed back the release date to include the extended version of F that aired on Japanese TV not long ago!

It was schuedled to be released the 28th of September 2016, but will be released in a Blu-Ray and DVD box set on 20th of June 2018 instead.

So, to resume:

The steel pack will contain:

- Battle of Gods
- Episode of Bardock
- Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans
- Ressurection F (extended version)

The Blu-Ray version will go for 33 euro, and the dvd version for 30 euro.

Both a Blu-Ray disk and DVD version will be available. What's interesting about that fact, is that neither Episode of Bardock or Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans have been released in HD before outside video games.

The reason we announced this morning that the box set for Dragon Ball Z had been pushed back (the movies and the ova's), and that information got passed on by certain colleagues, we can now tell you in exclusivity that this is due THE long version of "The Ressurection of F ", that was aired a few weeks ago in Japan, being included.

i haven't read the jikan post. I was just knowing that it was said the ressurection F will be only for tv ...a false information to make people watching on fuji tv

It Wasn't said it was exclusive to Fujitv but that it was made for that airing. No promsie was made that the only way you could ever watch the special was that one TV airing. Why would Toei put so much effort in if they can't do anything with it after?

Because the extended version includes Trunks and Goku Black, it means we will know about their French voices.
In the case of Goku Black, it's a given that he will logically have the same voice than Goku in any language across the world.

But for Future Trunks, the question is relevant: grown-up Gohan was given Future Trunks' exact voice (without any change) precisely because it was deemed the two of them would never get to be in the same saga, and there was even less chances that they would be in the same scene one day. Since Trunks was absent in the first three sagas from Super, Gohan will be given his usual voice... which means either Trunks and Gohan will have the exact same voice, or Trunks' voice will be given to another voice actor.

Kazé could very well decide to just have the added content in raw only, because they're cheap. I hope not but they could...

When it comes to voices... I'm not a fan of Borg's current Gokû (the guy has smoked too much past two decades, the voice was much more fitting before), but I guess he could do a better villain voice.

And about Future Trunks - there were two voices throughout the show - plus I'm pretty sure Adult Gohan and Future Trunks's voice are a little bit different. But my memory might be playing tricks with me.
