They'll probably air many times a week, maybe 3-4 episodes a week as that how they aired Z and Kai when I lived in Latin America (Given, they were already finished, but the possibility is there.)
Is Castañeda saying they have to air
Kai first in its entirety before they start airing
Super?.
He's saying that once the dub for Kai is completely done they'll start dubbing Super (they're still doing all mixing and other audio stuff for Kai). He doesn't mention anything about having to air Kai in it's entirety but he does say that they should dub whatever Super episodes we have so far and maybe air THOSE once a week (maybe alongside Kai? He never specified in the video.)
He also mentions that there isn't a set date to start airing Kai
