Nice that it's coming out so soon. I'm interested in who's doing these next upcoming episodes.

This has probably been answered before, but nevertheless, I'll ask again: Are we expected to see Naoki Tate again soon?

If we go by the schedule then he should be doing #63. However higher ups recently have been known to move him in the rotation to give him more time than others. So its not guranteed.

That guy clearly knows nothing about the production side of anime, but I do agree that modern Toei's long-running series are pretty underwhelming to not say bad. And I'm not just talking about sakuga.

Total bollocks. The guy who made this video has no idea how the animation industry in Japan works. This is the sort of misinformation that needs to stop circulating the internet.
The worst part is, guys like this get considerably more views than say Ajay who knows what's what and then their bullshit gets regurgitated by everyone else.
There's a positive trend in the views though. Ajay has gotten more exposure through the more known DBZ-Youtubers. Hopefully that'll eventually lead people to discover his channel once more of the animator reviews are uploaded.

True while he has no idea what he's talking about,he did at one point compare Toei animation with studio Pierrot and how the difference in animation quality from these 2 studios is huge. That, i wholeheartedly agree even when it is just a filler episode https://sakugabooru.com/post/show/17974 ... ghting-ken

Well, Naoki Kobayashi is currently one of the best young animators in Japan. That's the kind of talent I would love to see in Toei.

I don't know, but it sorta looks like the first leaked shot of SSJR. This made me realize how good a lot of DB related promo art has been as of late, though. Hopefully it gets up to the quality of the 80's and 90's art at some point. Hopefully...

If the screenshot in Herms' tweet is anything to go by, it looks like 62 will be a Tate episode.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

Those screenshots are never new and rarely correspond to the animator involved.

That screenshot in particular is from episode 18.

I think these shots are reused. If I'm not mistaken, that SSJ Goku is from the BoG arc and that Goku and Vegeta shot is from their training with Whis episode.

I think Tate is due around here anyway considering Shimakuni is doing 61, since Vegeta is gonna do something (it sounds like) in episode 63 I'd wager Tate will be in that.
