What's it from?

The side shot of Freeza from the profile is copy pasted from a manga page where it's him staring down Goku while Goku is copied from the back shot of his first SS transformation from the anime. No idea where the other stuff is from.

Vegeta is from a title page (around the early namek arc; I recall it being from the Zarbon portion but it could be earlier than that) from the manga. The difference in the original was that he was wearing the big should padded armour rather than his late namek armour. The 'artist' just changed the armour from early namek to late namek to try to confuse people whether it is traced or not. It is traced.

I'm pretty sure Freeza's standing shot is from a title page in the manga, from the first time he transforms into his final form (before Goku gets there).

Yeah, Goku is mirrored. It could also be a Frankenstein of a trace (using the body from one image and the head from the other), for he could've used the same back angle shot of Goku from either Maeda's character reference sheet or the shot after Goku levels Recoome. But I believe it is just a mirrored trace of the SSJ transformation only.

The profile shots of Goku and Vegeta are from something I am not sure of. Most likely from a manga title page with slight alterations to the original line work.

Even if he did, seeing him again should've triggered some kind of reaction.

Another thing they could've done is show that while the planet was exploading cause he would'nt know Whis would rewind time or even save anyone so to him, Freeza took everything from him again.

I agree, also Freeza didn't make him what he was, Vegeta was heading there anyway, he is a Saiyan afterall.

Vegeta only cared about his species as long as they fed into his ego of "being the most powerful one of them all!". If he actually cared about them, he wouldn't let Raditz stay dead or kill Nappa or try to kill Goku which would have left him as the last of his kind in U7. When Nappa suggested using Earth women to breed a new Saiyan species, he shot the idea down immediately because he knew powerful hybrids would be a threat to his position of most powerful Saiyan.

He also didn't care enough about Freeza anymore to revive him with the Dragon Balls so he could get the satisfaction of killing him, himself.
