Towa & Mira suriviving Xenoverse

Thanks to Geekdom101's video I know that the reason they were still alive in the end of the first Xenoverse game is because that Toriyama really liked their characters and didn't want them to die.
Now I'm looking for the interview/translation that this information came from, and it's really important so it'll be great if someone could help me find it

I'm fairly confident that's not the phrasing. "Mira and Towa are popular Toriyama's creations. We can't kill them off so easily", or something similar from my recollection. It was in this Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 interview.

It's shocking I had that particular issue bookmarked for reference.

Yeah, the ending seemed like sequel baiting, but according to the Devs they never planned for a sequel when making the name.
