I see no other real reason why anyone would have a problem with the name "Goku Black" or "Black Goku" besides racial connections... and if someone can't even mention that without receiving threats of "coming back" at that person, well, then I couldn't even think of a better demonstration of the oversensitivity of the issue.

Nobody here even mentioned having a problem with his actual name, "Goku Black". Black Goku isn't his name.

Calling him that sounds kinda racist. Like, Soppa Saiya People said above, it's not that bad but it's very uncomfortable. It's a matter of what's right and what's wrong. And I will admit that me saying I'm gonna "come back" was too much but I was mainly talking about getting into an argument about this and giving you replies.

Black Gokuu would not be even remotely rascist. But his name was given as Gokuu Black, so we should stick with that or just Black (used in series)

Is it, actually? I find it much more mature to be able to identify why people get uncomfortable with that, and to be able to realize that people still get uncomfortable over small things like that because, unfortunately, race is still a very big issue all over the world and, because it is still such a big issue instead of already being a much smaller issue, people are still aware and sensitive regarding anything that can have racial connections, unlike how they would be if the issue was much less important. If it was a much smaller issue, if we had already made much more progress towards surpassing those issues, people in general would naturally be much less aware and sensitive regarding anything with possible racial connections.

Imo, the mature attitude is facing and admitting things.

I know it has been adressed already, but my reasoning has nothing to do with any implied racism or whatever. The fact is that his name is Goku Black. He is never, ever called "Black Goku" in the show, merchandising, or spoilers. Just because "Black Goku" sounds more correct does not make it so. It's reminding me of the whole "Bills vs Beerus" situation, although it's not exactly the same. Just calling him Black is perfectly fine though.
