Is any villain in the franchise irredeemable?

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

I actually think Frieza is redeemable.

He's really just a spoiled brat who was handed everything in his life.

He never had to work to become powerful. His father pampered him.

Frieza isn't as much evil as he is a self-centered spoiled brat who thinks he's the only thing that matters in the world.

Yes, he committed genocide multiple times.

But the odds are good that Cold drilled the idea that genocide was acceptable into him.

If anyone's actually an irredeemable asshole, it's Cold. Or perhaps Cooler.

Come to think of it, Cooler only came to Earth to avenge his brother.

Cooler doesn't come off as evil. Unlike Frieza, he doesn't kill his troops. He actually treats his subordinates with respect. Meanwhile, Frieza killed Orlen despite him doing nothing wrong! So my conclusion is that the only villain who is completely irredeemable is King Cold.

That wasn't the case.

The idea was to make an example out of a supposed Super Saiyan. You can't have stories of superior individuals circulating. In his position, he wanted to prove Freeza was in the wrong for dying, rather than acting for him, specifically. Additionally, it isn't suggested he wasn't as cruel as his brother. Instead, he took pride in being efficient, different from him, before he realized his irony too late. He went on to conclude he was too soft, like Freeza, as he died.

I'd say the same thing about Vegeta, yet here he is now as the secondary hero. All it takes is the right development.
A family is what changed Vegeta, but Freeza already has a family who he cares nothing about.
