Dragon ball: Popo because he was as strong as raditz. If he wasn't a pascafist, would have easily defeated piccolo diamao. Maybe could have defeated raditz. Def would be on of the secret bosses. Then Arayle, imagine a boss who has gag power. Def would be a beast. And lastly Dragon Boy, an old idea toriyama thought about before Dragon Ball. Could be kind of could to see some one who is as strong as the player. A mirror version.

Dbz: a couple for this one. Personally I would include all movie villains as secret bosses. Sort of like kingdom hearts with organization members. They unlock after complelting the middle of storyline they are closely connected too. And final secret boss has to be ssj3 Broly. Have it take place after the buu saga.

GT: I would say the black smoke dragon or ssj4 Broly. Man he won't go down easily.

Dbs: Zeno would be too powerful. But you can play him similar to aryale but with a ton of super armor and one hit kill power attacks.
