Depends. If enough people actually watch, we might make it all the way through the Cell Games. The airing of the redubbed Saiyan and Namek sagas two years ago really was the last hurrah for DBZ on Cartoon Network, methinks. I can't say I know what the ratings for that were, but I think it's going to be the last time we see any real committment from CN on airing a whole chunk of
DBZ.

I think Cartoon Network might be hoping for a re-surge of popularity for DBZ, considering how well the season sets are doing now. They might also hope that because it is Toonami's 10th Anniversary (or something like it), there might be a wave of nostalgia for old fans.

Some new generation of audience might also come to enjoy the series... remember, there's a nine-year-old born everyday apparently.

If CN is really hoping for a resurgence of DBZ on their network, why don't they A) either show the widescreen "remastered" version on TV, or B) air all the TV episodes from start to finish?

I dunno, I personally think it's odd to start re-airing the show at such a late point in the series.

I don't think it's gonna be the Cell Saga unless the guide on my TV made a mistake. According to the guide on Comcast Digital Cable, the episode tonight is infact "The Arrival Of Raditz." So I'm guessing they will show the ocean cast episodes. But I found it weird that it says 2007 next to the episode. If it was the Ocean cast episode, wouldn't it say the original year that it aired?

Really? My guide has the episode listed as "Seized with fear," which puts us right at the beginning of the Imperfect Cell saga...

Just for the record my reading says "Arrival of Raditz" as well, but then again Comcast's readings are very faulty when it comes to last minute changes.

Really? My guide has the episode listed as "Seized with fear," which puts us right at the beginning of the Imperfect Cell saga...

I would assume they are going to air 'Seized with Fear'. As for people having 'The Arrival of Raditz', I guess the change from Saban to Cell Saga episodes was done at the last minute, with some services unnoted with the change.

TVguide.com also reports "Arrival of Raditz" and Yahoo's TV listings say "Seized with Fear".

That would be cool! I was watching DBZ every friday night just 3 or more months ago on CN at 11:30, then they all of a sudden took it off the air.

It's giving it right now for me. 17 is driving around and they're asking 16 questions. I'm guessing this would be a little before Piccolo fused with Kami? I'll edit when I have an idea of what I'm talking about.
