YES! I KNEW it had to be either him, Piccolo, or Freeza; only in the dark days of Seasons 1-4 could you have found dialogue that corny! And for some reason, those three characters ended up getting the brunt of it.

But as for the next guess, that had to have been Vegeta taunting one of Freeza's former soldiers while trying to find Goku in... Episode 127? This was during the Garlic Junior Saga, and Vegeta was determined to find Goku at any cost.
