Fast healing

Another one of Black's OP abilities it seems.. Every time Black takes damage he not only instantly powers up.. But he also seems to heal himself instantly it seems.. This has been shown several times already, the most prominently was after his first fight with Goku after he returned to the future again he noted how much pain he felt. And actually fell down from the sky on to the ground in pain, closed his eyes, and then within seconds! He stood up again floating into the air and started practicing his new found powers right away.

So:
1. Instant Healing
2. Instant Zenkai
3. He's capable of copying any technique he sees it seems.

Now that's quite OP!

I think it's a combination of Black being way too strong and having shorter fights than we're used to in Dragon Ball. There's less time for struggling, back and forths, and complex fight scenes since they are all over quickly.

Going out on a limb here...

I think the reason why Black was able to heal so quickly and power up instantly after that because he was an actual God to begin with. In Super episode 11, Goku, as a Super Saiyan God, displayed an ability to regenerate from battle damage during the battle, a trait that has not been displayed with Super Saiyan Blue (I think Goku was an actual god as a SSG, but with SSB, he uses godly ki with his SS transformation to surpass SSG only in power, but not have the healing ability). Initially, I was of the mindset that somehow someway, Black was using a Saiyan's body better than an actual Saiyan like Goku or Vegeta (which made no sense to me). But I thought about it a little more, and that wasn't the case. It was him using a god's healing ability better than Goku and Vegeta because he was a God from the start. From looking at SSG Goku and Zamasu/Black, I speculate that a god's ability to heal during battle + a Saiyan's ability to get stronger after healing = the ability to get stronger during battle (I in no way associate this equation with Hit; Hit is an entirely different case).

This is a bit of a stretch since not every god has displayed an ability to regenerate during battle (only SSG Goku and Black have shown that), but that was my thought process as to why Black was able to improve so much so shortly. If Goku and Vegeta gained the ability to heal during battle like how SSG Goku did, they'd be super lethal and dangerous, potentially even more so than Black.
