It was cool for me simply because it was doing what the lack of made the first 'FUCK YOU GAME!' moments for me in Xenoverse 1. Nappa transforming along with Vegeta? Yeah, they teased that and then never had it happen, good that Xenoverse 2 actually goes through with the what if (Hell, if the titles for the missions of the Namek missions are anything to go by, the Ginyu part is gonna get weird)

IKR! I was so pissed off when they gave us the prospect of Goku vs Great Ape Vegeta & Nappa and then just had you fight what's essentially the regular Saiyan invasion from the main series.

As for the Ginyu part, they hit a good home run with that the first time by having him take your body instead of Goku's, I wonder what other insanity they're gonna give them this time.

[spoiler]Well, on the live stream the other day they showed some of the ginyu stuff (The beta only going up to Zarbon and Dodoria) and we first have a funny cutscene of Ginyu-Vegeta summoning Shenron before we head into the past to find out what changed. And the mission titles say that Trunks (Who's hunting down Ginyu to stop him from switching with Vegeta) royally fucks up. SO either Vegeta switches, or Trunks does. They also had some of th titles for some of the other arcs[/spoiler]

Nice to hear they're going a bit nuts with the established Z stuff, I was worried they were just going to have most of what happened last time majoritively happen again with some missing bits and pieces thrown in like Zarbon & Dodoria.

The Ugly:
- The Namekian race is broken. There is no dancing around this subject. They just are. They're almost as OP as the Earthling race was in Xenoverse 1. When they are near death they regenerate health up to a certain point, and it happens very quickly. So quickly that they still managed gained more health than I could cause damage. And the Giant Namek form... Good. Lord. That form is just broken. It does tons of damage, they are invulnerable to attacks, they don't flinch, the regenerate ki, the stamina drain is too slow and even if he shrinks back, he just has to survive long enough to regain his stamina and transform again, at which point you're pretty much screwed. And all small arenas, like the World Martial Arts Tournament, you're at a permanent disadvantage because you simply can't escape them. The Namekian race needs to get nerfed pronto, because I can see a lot people abusing that race in online matches.
- Costumes stats. Just... why? Why were they brought back? Who thought this was a good idea? Why should my character suffer in their attributes department just because I want to wear my favourite kind of costume? It makes no fucking sense. I hated this feature will all of my hate in the first game and I can't believe DIMPS and Bandai Namco brought it back in the sequel. Whoever made that decision within DIMPS or Bandai Namco should be fired.

Clothing stats are useless with QQ Bangs tho.

I don't see why they had to introduce QQ Bangs just to override costume stats. Costume states should have been reintroduced in the first place. This decision just reeks of giving the game fake longevity.

Alright, fellas. It seems I finished the pre-order. But this is actually my first time buying something that is digital-only, so little help here.

The game is listed on Steam's "library", so that means is everything okay, right? Can't I play the beta since I already pre-ordered it?

What's the best way to figure out if your PC will run it? Mine ran Xenoverse 1 just fine. It's Windows 7 if that helps.

EDIT: Sad face. I looked up and I don't have enough "dedicated video ram" or a strong enough CPU. If I bought the game would it have too much lag?

so i chopse my hero but i deleted my character and started again but now i cant choose my hero from xenoverse 1 insteadt i get the default hero and some random one's.
pls help , what can i do to get my hero's to choose from?

I don't like how the Saiyans leave the screen to transform into Oozaru and then come back. This could have a nice and simple animation, instead.

Vegeta becomes invincible once his health goes below a certain point. You have to kill Nappa first.

So Bandai Namco Eu has posted on Twitter: the beta is extended until tomorrow 10 AM CEST world wide! And the servers are better now too!
But: the beta is not downloadable in the PSN Store anymore so only those who already got it can play.

Nothing new on the Raid Quest though...

Edit.: Oh and it seems now EVERBODY can fly in the lobby. At least in the lobby where I am... makes me effort to reach Rank 18 in the tournament kinda pointless...

Oh! That's neat! I mean... It's sort of a bummer for people like you, who managed to reach such an impressive rank, but, on the other hand, plenty of people couldn't really participate in the tournament (me included) because of the server issues xD
