Does Zeno's Power Override The Super Dragon Balls?

Based on upcoming episode titles, Zamasu & Black evidently will fuse using their potara and then Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks are going to be in serious trouble even with Trunks having unlocked a sort of Godly power himself. Another title implies Zeno will be called down to the fight to conclude it possibly because Goku presses the button Zeno gave to him, so I wonder will Zeno reveal power greater than that of the super dragon balls thus overriding Zamasu's immortality and then negating their actions across time?

Who knows. Gods in DB don't have a very good track record of coming down and directly intervening to solve problems. so I'd be surprised, especially since Zeno apparently did nothing when Zamasu and Black killed all of the gods in all of the 12 universes.

If he shows up, he'll probably take away their time ring which will cause Black to disappear, and then I don't know what he'll do with Zamasu, maybe turn him into a human?

I think he definitely can override the Super Dragon Balls. He is the King of EVERYTHING after all.

He is a complete Deus ex Machina at this point. I'm interested in what happened to future Whis, Vados, High Priest etc.

It would be more believeable if his name/title was the GOD of everything! "Zenshin" xD now you can make the argument like, yeah but he's he just a "King" blablabla and not a "God".
But yeah ofcourse he's a God. That's an absolute no-brainer.
