I still think it sounds way too deep. I get you're going for a hic accent, but translating that to english just sounds weird. It may be just me though.

I actually think the voice is a step in the right direction! I asked you to check out what Sean Schemmel did for Goku in Movie 7, and it looks like you did that! Good job! As for DBZfan...

That may just be his voice. He could be a naturally deep speaker, so trying to do a tenor voice might not be something he can do without it sounding really forced (think Chris Sabat, when he was still doing his Brian Drummond impression in Season 3).
