It's not her fault, she's just frustrated.

Cooler and Freeza fighting.
Freeza winning the fight on Namek.
Cooer beating Goku.
Not really a complete DBZ one but, Freeza beating the living crap out of Itatchi.
If not Freeza or Cooler winning, I'd like to see them become Z fighters. That would own so much!
"Hey guys look it's Freeza!"-Goku
"Hi guys I baked you a pie!"-Freeza

In a weird way, he sort of does. Episode 92 (77 going by the dub's edit-version count), Bardock has a very small cameo when Vegeta contacts Goku from the afterlife as he's struggling against Freeza.
Come on now. You know what I mean. Toriyama should have put that in the series somewhere. He did it for Grandpa Gohan. Maybe it's because Bardock most likely went to Hell instead of Heaven, which would exclude him from that particular priviledge. I don't know.

I would have liked to see more of a story about the Saiyan's past. Such as who Vegeta's mother and Goku's mother were.
The Ultimate Funimation Fangirl.

Maybe Bardock loses privilege to go back to the living but maybe Goku gained the privilege to see his father ;)

In Toriyama's universe, the souls of dead bad guys are cleansed and reincarnated. There is no "Bardock" anymore for Goku to meet.
