What if Goku had defeated Beerus in Battle of Gods?

In that case Beerus would be a joke in terms of power and would most likely end up getting killed by Black.

2) What if Vegeta did the Bingo Dance to distract Kid Buu while SSJ3 Goku powered up to his max?

1) It would be really weird.

Relatively speaking, yes. In Super's power ladder SSG Goku's quite low, and if Beerus was even weaker than that Black would easily kill him.

1) The attack of the bald Saiyan brute (Nappa) you are referring to is called the Bomber DX, but with Piccolo surviving it, the heroes would have had been able to defeat the Saiyans far more easily than in canon. Even then, Vegeta might not be allowed to live.

Here's another what-if:

What if Future Trunks died instead of Future Gohan, and thus Future Gohan is the time traveler?

He gets his arm back, meets his dad, possibly stays in the past timeline for those 3 years and trains with Goku, causing both of them to become much stronger and a match for the androids, but Goku still gets sick and is unable to participate in the real fight. Gohan is able to overwhelm 18 and fight evenly with 17, but ultimately loses due to stamina loss, the Z fighters try to team up with Gohan and gang up on the androids, but they all get wrecked besides Gohan and Vegeta who go down pretty quickly once their stamina runs out.

Piccolo fuses with Kami, the Cell encounter plays out the same, but this time Goku and F. Gohan go in the chamber first. Piccolo fights 17, but Cell interrupts and wrecks Piccolo and absorbs 17 to become Semi Perfect. Goku and Gohan come out early, same as in canon so they manage to get there before Tenshinhan has to nearly die Kikohoing Cell. FPSSJ Goku is over twice as strong as Grade 2 Vegeta, so he easily defeats and kills Cell, if Goku's unwilling to finish him Gohan does it. Cell may reappear after a surprise regeneration, but he still gets destroyed.

Gohan goes back to the future and kills the androids and Cell, in the present Goku's still alive and Gohan's not a Super Saiyan, also SSJ2 hasn't been discovered.

They manage to survive until Goku gets there, and Piccolo kills Vegeta later on when he's injured.

1) 2 years is barely any time at all, the Green Ranger would start out with a power level of only 8 or so, he would multiply his power 1,000x in 2 years to beat Nappa. That's a huge leap in power.
