Of course there are, they're not going to just air the final part of one arc and call it a day.

I'd say we'll probably get 2-3 more arcs from Toriyama before they move on to their own thing.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

I'm enjoying it. I'm so happy there's a simulcast now. I can breathe easy in case a situation occurs where I can't watch live. There is now a failsafe.

I still hope they get to visit Planet Salad in an arc.

Considering the announcement of the Room said that it had already been a thing for a few months now and they were just formally announcing it now, I don't doubt for a second that one of it's first jobs to attend to was smoothing out a simulcast. And thank goodness.

I'm just waiting for Shueisha's room to take full creative control of the franchise. I am excited to see what new story arcs they come up with if it happens. It will also be a fresh and much needed experience to see what "non-Toriyama" people can bring to the table.

I always said Dragon Ball would never end again since Super started, but this was a lot more than I expected! Dragon Ball will go on as long as it can, and If it can keep pulling in kids like it did most of us here back in the 90's, it'll never end again. As much as some don't like the idea of it, Dragon Ball's slowly becoming like Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokemon with endless spin-offs. I mean how many spin-off manga's have we had now that are official?! I think Naruto's headed into the same direction also, they're even bringing back the original Yu-Gi-Oh!, 2016 is a wonderful time to be alive for any manga/anime fans!

It's a possibility but not guaranteed.
Dragon Ball was always a kid series and fans should stop being in denial.

Maybe even someone from this room suggested the Trunks arc to Toriyama.

It's entirely possible. We did have the indications that at least some core concept of the arc (I'd guess it was 'bring Future Trunks' back for sure, but maybe even 'do an evil Goku' could have been part of it) was suggested to him and then he spruced it up as only he can.

I see people always acting surprised that there are more arcs coming.. But actually it is quite self-evident and to be expected on all degrees.
12 universes means 12 arcs. (At least they could make it that way)
Need i say more..
(It was already self-evident to me when they first revealed the 12 universes tidbit in battle of gods) i immediately said, it's done! An entire new series is guaranteed! It's ours already! We're saved!
Not only that, but AT has now come up with the omniversal tournament. And after that tournament ends. They can have all the gods of destruction visiting and attacking U7 one by one(arc by arc!)

Of course a lot more of them are coming given the continuous increase of the show's popularity! :)

To me it was obvious when they started with the retellings. Why would they do that in the first place, only to end the show right after? I could only imagine that happen if the series would turn out to be a complete failure on every aspect, but that's certainly not the case. Most of all, no matter what's your opinion on Super, you can't deny the financial success. And this will keep us going perhaps even for years to come.

it seems one needs 10k posts to understand this topic.

i hope it's not anything shameful for (some of) us non-anime diggers to ask what this is all about? more material to watch?
