I'm guessing Slug will have a new English voice due to Brice Armstrong's retirement.

It seems to be the case. But after listening to the clips provided in the demo, there is not a consistence among the guesses on Slug's new VA. My guess it is Cole Brown, who voices Brackbeard in One Piece. They sound similar.

Who would those roster slots be befre time breaker omega shenron? Obviously one is normal omega and i thought super 17 but he is under android 17.

Considering that is everyone and they took up slots for the time breaker characters I truly hope they have a different moveset and fighting style because that would be ridiculous to just give them a new slot for no damn genuine reason. I mean it isn't a new character afterall.

[spoiler]Eh, just depends on how open-minded you are about it. Personally, it seems pretty clear to me what is probably going to happen there - Towa powers up Bardock when he's under her control, and as a result he gets SS3 (which means the Masked Saiyan version of him probably has it too), and the power sticks even after he breaks free of her control later somehow.

Honestly, it's stuff like this that makes me want them to go even crazier too. Have her power up Turles to the point that he gets Super Saiyan or something as well; have her boost to Cooler end up giving him a 'Golden' form. For what-ifs (especially when they're tied to a story that's literally about messing up timelines), the crazier the better.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]All this and more please. I mean it is clear that Xenoverse is about throwing power levels out the window and not really caring so why not. As long as the explanation is justified as to why. But it can't happen to everyone things like Turles already being a force to recon with is a bit of a stretch even if he did get the so called powerup. The golden cooler though, that is awesome especially if it is in his 5th transformation state.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]I prefer Platinum Cooler rather than a Golden form (remember, they can choose the color of the form). As for Turles, give him SS2.[/spoiler]

YES! I couldn't place my mind on who the character was but that is exactly what it sounded like to me. And since he won't be in the game it won't really matter if both characters sound alike.

I mean don't get your hopes too high because I'm surprised we got the ones we even got but I think it is plausible that anything worth having will come through DLC. On that side they haven't really let people down.

I think that is the only logical way to go. I wonder if he can even do it at all and of course for that we will have to wait and see but in the fight there was no ki blast from him at all from what I remember.

I mean he clearly has ki because of when he powered up after he "Improved" and as we learned in DBZ you need ki to fly period. Both things that clearly hit can do. I'm sure he is capable of doing a ki blast he just probably doesn't use it and keep in mind he never fought anyone like Goku because of his time skip he never was in challenged in any other way by another fighter. I don't want him to use them though because he would be the first really important character that is on par with everyone else and the only character to really not have ki blast attacks. Aside from Hercule and Videl of course.
