Re: "(Super) Dragon Ball Heroes" Official Discussion Thread
The Bebi Hatchihyack Arc exists, it's just not really related to the ones above (other than Towa allowing them to merge in the animated commercial). It's just from before Super started to air, when they would supplement the Makai Arcs with other, random, relatively plotless content. That time basically being a retelling of the Bebi Arc from GT with Hatchihyack and Rachi tossed in.

On this same topic, does anyone have this Gohanks pic in higher quality?Anime Kitten wrote:Does anyone know if there's a website that has the card renders for Heroes like these?

Famitsu had these and 8 others that I've found over the past. Just curious if there was anywhere to get the card or promotional renders on their own.

-6th Anniversary-
I never thought a DB cards game would be so successful. And still no end in sight.
Wondering how something like this would do overseas?! Congratulations and let's hit the 10 years mark!
All those Toriyama's messages even though they are always the same thing, it feels kinda warm.

A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Have you guys noticed something? Rou Kaioshin, Kibitoshin, and Vegetto have yellow Potara earrings, but Vegeks' Potara earrings are green... like the ones Gowasu (and later Black & Zamasu) have! Perhaps in Super, Vegeta & Trunks will merge with Gowasu's Potara earrings (who is also about to head to the future) in order to fight Merged Zamasu, and Vegeks: Xeno is based on that idea?!
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Xeno Vegenks' technique is Burning Impact (バーニングインパクト, fusion of Burning Attack and Final Impact).

Where can I buy the dragon ball heroes cards?
That's all I want to know the only reason being is that the art on them looks so cool.

Where do you get these saga names from?TheDevilsCorpse wrote:The Bebi Hatchihyack Arc exists, it's just not really related to the ones above (other than Towa allowing them to merge in the animated commercial). The game; it labels the arcs in the missions on the selection screens.Bullza wrote:Where do you get these saga names from?
Speaking of which, the Super Heroes machines at the event that's being run current have the Super Hakaishin Beerus Arc, Super(? It's cut off) Golden Freeza Arc, Super Hakaishin Champa Arc and Demon God Towa Arc on display.
Re: "(Super) Dragon Ball Heroes" Official Discussion Thread
Are these all of the arcs in the Heroes/Super Heroes game all together? Looks like the manga is starting at the beginning then. (Super Heroes manga I mean) but then it show Mechickaboola in chapter 2.. Hm...TheDevilsCorpse wrote:Super Heroes. The regular version basically doesn't exist anymore since it won't be seeing any sort of significant updates with Super Heroes launching in less than a month.Meshack wrote:Are Vegeks: Xeno, Demon God Towa, Freeza: Xeno, etc. part of SDBH or just DBH?
As for your previous question, Heroes has 4 original arcs so far. There is story, but for the most part, there's not reeeeally story.
Actually, I wonder if all the arcs weren't just about gathering enough kiri to "break the seal that binds Makai"...which could have meant releasing Mechickaboola from his prison in the crystal that was in the center of the weird tree of the Makai battle stage.
- Dark Demon Realm Arc - Towa and Mira appear and cause chaos to gather kiri. During the story, they lose control of the Masked Saiyan (Bardock), and Mira is forced to break his armor and achieve his true power as Super Mira.
Assault on the Hell Gates Arc - Dark Towa basically rips off the Super 17 Arc of GT. She has Super 17 merge with 18, opens up a portal between Hell and Earth, old villains rampage, etc. There was probably some sort of ultimate goal to making her way through the gates, but I've never seen anything mention what it was.
Birth of the Dark Demon Realm Arc - Demon God Demigra appears 75 million years into the past, back to the creation of the Demon Realm, in an attempt to help his past self be successful at obtaining Toki Toki and the bird's power.
Demon God Demigra Arc - Demigra revives in the present and does typical villain things. He returns to his castle, has Vegeta enslaved, probably still wants revenge on Chronoa and to claim Toki Toki's power.

So then the wiki is correct in listing...TheDevilsCorpse wrote:The game; it labels the arcs in the missions on the selection screens.Bullza wrote:Where do you get these saga names from?

Dark Demon Realm • Assault on the Hell Gate • Baby Hatchiyack • Dark Demon Realm Foundation • Demon God Demigra • Dark Empire
As the Dragon Ball Heroes sagas?
Re: "(Super) Dragon Ball Heroes" Official Discussion Thread
I just hope this event actually brings a (new) character with a transformation, like usual. Advertising just the upgraded version would be a letdown.

Yes, and no. The game separates them, but the "plots" generally continue into each subsequent arc. Promotion wise as well, generally everything involving Makai is branded as the "Dark Demon Realm Arc" overall, even if the name of the current story material of a mission is different.Xeztin wrote:Are these all of the arcs in the Heroes/Super Heroes game all together? The manga's story likely isn't going to go through all the arcs. It's probably just branded as such because even moving into the "Dark Empire Arc" of Super Heroes, everything is still about Makai. It's the most blanket term for all the material.
Again, yes and no. There have been "arcs" for a long time in the game, it's just that not all of them had actual story. Even now alongside the Makai material, we have the "Rebellious Zamasu Arc" as a subset of "Future Trunks Arc" for Super related content.Bullza wrote:Dark Demon Realm • Assault on the Hell Gate • Baby Hatchiyack • Dark Demon Realm Foundation • Demon God Demigra • Dark Empire

However, if you mean Heroes original content only, then it's more like this:
"Other" Arcs
--Bebi Hatchihyack Arc
Dark Demon Realm Arc
--Dark Demon Realm Arc
--Assault on the Hell Gates Arc
--Birth of the Demon Realm Arc
--Demon God Demigra Arc
Dark Empire Arc
--Demon God Towa Arc(?)
It's hard to comment on that last one for Super Heroes material, as we won't know for certain until we actually see it in the wild and make sure nothing here is just for promotion.

TDC, is the Dark Demon Realm arc just another telling of Xenoverse's story?
And are Heroes/Xenoverse prequels to Online?

Everything is separate. Online, Xenoverse, Heroes (game), Heroes (manga) all tell similar events that generally involve the same characters, but there is no way for them to share a continuity.Sailor Haumea wrote:TDC, is the Dark Demon Realm arc just another telling of Xenoverse's story?
