http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Akira_(character)
Omni-King ain't got nothin' on the Akira.
In all seriousness, we know beings like Omni-King and Beerus are incredibly good at 'destroying' things, with Beerus at his ultimate potential being able to destroy the universe he oversees, while Zeno can destroy 'all' 18 universes in an instant if he wishes.
But what about creation? Is Zeon a creation god too? Are the Kaoshin, for that matter? Have we ever seen anyone actually create 'anything' (aside from Piccolo making clothes)? Or is Zeno just a multi-versal version of Kami who oversees everything and is absurdly powerful?
Could the Akira be the only one true "God" of the franchise who creates everything while everything else is (canonically, not merely in real world author terms) below him? The character does make the occasional background appearance in the show.
The secret behind Omni-King's power?
Re: The secret behind Omni-King's power?
Plenty of characters have used materialisation sorcery for non-sartorial reasons.
Akkuman: Pitchfork
Uranai Baba: T-bone Steak (to demonstrate the potency of the Devil's Toilet)
Kami: Dragon Balls, the Moon (after Jackie Chun destroyed it), Chaozu's body (following his attempted kamikaze against Nappa)
Piccolo: Gohan's Roman Gladius sword, Hourglass (attempted to stall Super Buu with it)
King Kai: Brick (used for practicing the Spirit Bomb)
Dende: Resurrected the Dragon Balls
Dabura: Chinese Dadao sword, Spear
East Kaioshin: Conjured a geometrically cubed quantity of Katchin alloy (used in assessing the lethality of the Z-Sword)
Kibito: Potara Earrings (materialised for Gohan on the Kaioshin planet along with his outfit)
Elder Kaioshin: Crystal Ball (to perceive what's going on atop Kami's Lookout)
We just don't witness these deities use their magical abilities for much else except combat related purposes in the manga. Surely Zeno could utilise this ability if weaker deities and beings were capable of doing so.

i think he just erase stuff without touching them, just by using his eye or somethign like that, notice how he always talk about erasing, when he is upset
he really does not fight at all, just powerful erasing hax

Re: The secret behind Omni-King's power?
I think the Omni-King disappears if the Kaioshin and Gods of Destruction are dead leaving the Universe free with no one to project it. It can explain why Zeno didn't bother to stop Black and Zamasu in Trunks timeline.
