Maybe that when Goku fights Freezer Kaioken x10 do not multiply his power by 10 but it multiplies the power of Kaioken by 10. Like that:

Gokû = 3 000 000
Gokû Kaioken x10 = 18 000 000 (x6)
Gokû Kaioken x20 = 33 000 000 (x11)
Freezer 70% = 33 000 000
Freezer 100% = 66 000 000
Gokû SSJ = 150 000 000

It's doubtful Freeza could last more than a second if the gap between him and Goku was that wide. A 10% is usually enough to stomp someone, over twice as strong is too wide.

Nah, that was a filler scene, but I remember discussing back then that people thought:

Post-meditation chamber = Super Perfect Cell

- Cell Games SSJ2 Gohan (Cell Games): 7,500,000,000 (I go by Gohan having a rage boost here as stated by the Daizenshuu books).
- Boo Arc SSJ2 Goku (Boo Arc): 8,000,000,000
- SSJ2 Majin Vegeta: Same as Goku.

If you wonder about others look at my list below. I don't change the DB/DBZ power levels much anymore. The Super ones on the other hand change a lot.

An angry Gohan was able to hit him once and fight evenly for some seconds. He also dealt with Kuririn with one kick. 5xxx around that. So weaker than Nappa, who was in the 7xxx realm, in my opinion.

Yeah welcome to the forum.

The only thing I noticed there was Raditz' power level. You have him a 1,200 which I'm assuming is based on what was said in the English manga of the Saibaman being equal to him?

However I found out only a couple days ago that the translation would have been more accurate to say they rivalled him. Toriyama also said that the Saibaman's power level was slightly inferior to Raditz which might be why the Daizenshuu has Raditz at 1,500.

The thing is that I put 1200 to Raditz, because a 1307 of power from Gohan managed to weakened him a lot. And Piccolo's Special Beam Canon, which was 1330 (1440 at maximum) killed Raditz, that makes me think that Raditz is more or less around the 1200-1300 place than 1500.
