Spopovitch would have been killed by Videl had it not been for him being able to twist his head back around.

Chappa is comparable to 21st Budokai Roshi.

What's Spopovitch gonna do? Bleed on him?
Where is it stated that he's comparable to 21st Budokai Roshi?

I know he won the whole thing without getting hit, but Roshi blew up the goddamn moon!

When a child android (who isn't even designed to fight) can blow up the moon, such a feat is pretty meaningless.

Because 22nd WMAT Roshi himself said that Chappa was going to be a challenge for Goku. And that's after he saw Goku beat up Baba's warriors. That's post-Korin tower climb Goku

Well that's Toon Force for ya. I wonder if Saiyan Saga Yajirobe could slash the moon in half

What do you think of Piccolo Daimao vs Yamcha, Krillin or Tien from the 23rd Budokai? Who do you think would win?

The trio wrecks. Goku was so much weaker during the King Piccolo saga than his 23rd WMAT self. The humans weren't one-shot material for 23rd WMAT Goku either

Oh yeah, if they fight together, they would defeat King Piccolo easily.

But if they were going each of them against him? First Yamcha, then Krillin, and finally Tien. Remember that in the beggining of Z, Yamcha was 177, Krillin 206 and Tien 250.

Tien in the 23rd WMAT, he already surpassed Piccolo judging by his battle with Weighted Goku. And Krillin and Yamcha, while being able to see them, were struggling to do it so, but still managed. I can't see them both beating Young King Piccolo. Krillin would fight evenly with King Piccolo, who would be obligated to use full power, but I don't think Yamcha would do that, unless he throws in his Spirit Ball, I think that's the only way he would beat Old King Piccolo.

I guess it could go like this: Yamcha<Old King Piccolo<Krillin<King Piccolo<Tien<=Weighted Goku

What if Cyborg Tao and Yamcha fight in the tournament? Who do you think would win?

I do think that Yamcha takes this one actually. I mean, Cyborg Tao is supposed to be stronger than Tien in the 22nd WMAT, and he was able to see Tien and Goku's movements, while Tao couldn't.

Tien 22nd<Cyborg Tao<Yamcha<Old King Piccolo

Now more difficult, Drum vs Cyborg Tao!

23rd WMAT Yamcha will stomp Cyborg Tao. Tien one-shotted Cyborg Tao. Yamcha isn't going to be one-shot material, even for Tien. Drum will destroy Cyborg Tao too. Drum was more powerful than Tien.

and here's a nice little handicap match:

First appearance Videl VS DBS Vegeta (after he was absorbed by the Superhuman water in Planet Ploteafu; the original Vegeta, not his clone)

Yamcha didn't even surpassed 22nd TB Goku when Raditz landed on Earth. He gets killed.

Drum is stronger than Tao but he seems to be more skilled with Ki so I give the match to Tao.

Ohh!! Wait I think I'm mixing up my Tiens. I was thinking of 23rd WMAT Tien, not 22nd when I was thinking of the Drum/Tao/Tien thing

Considering the circumstances I take it pretty seriously. That part was certainly not intended to be a gag, Toriyama definitely meant to showcase Roshi's strength.

Yeah and the Moon in Dr. Slump seems to be different from the Moon in DB since the former's Moon actually has a face like a person

Actually Yamcha HAS to surpass 22nd Goku. Cyborg Tao is supposed to be much stronger than Tien in the 22nd Budokai since they were confident on beating him. Yamcha was able to see Tien's movements while Cyborg Tao couldn't. This indicates that Yamcha is stronger than 22nd Tien and Goku.

While we're at the topic of WMAT, here's one:

Official numbers disagree.

Since I have Chappa stronger than Post Karin Goku he wins with moderate difficulty.

What numbers? Do you mean the 180 and 260 of Tien, King Piccolo and Goku? I Don't agree with those numbers since they contradict the manga. Tien in Z should be stronger than King Piccolo, yet he's still at 250. That means that King Piccolo is weaker than that. Also, Tien fought well with Rossi on the 22nd tournament, Roshi is probably 140-145 or so, making Tien and Goku 150. 180 doesn't make sense for me because the evidences given in the manga would be contradicting it.
